We have bought a couple cars from Athens GA Nissan. And the service we get is why we keep going back. We traded in my Rogue on a newer one and Abe Our sales rep is top notch very knowledgeable of products and financing. The facility is very clean and all the workers were so friendly. Financing was quick and personable, and we have used the service department also. Highly recommend this dealership for your car needs and plan on trading a different vehicle next year. So pleased with my New Rogue.

On November 8, 2023 I purchased a 2024 Nissan Altima SR. Gray Sky Pearl Color. And I'm still in love with my car and get so many compliments till this day. Service is excellent!! LADIES LISTEN UP! Especially if you are single or plan on coming to this dealership alone as a woman naive to car, car sells, and car maintenance. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!! The only two gentlemen working here that will treat you with genuine respect and professionalism is Toni, one of the lead maintenance technicians. As well as another young man working under Toni with short curly brown hair. (I'm so sorry I can't remember the name). Otherwise plan to be royally taken advantage of and swindled into suffocating debt at this dealership. It's very difficult for me to write a negative review and after a year of contemplating it and how buying a car from this Nissan Dealership has continued to negatively impact me and my finances I've decided it's time. I traded my Nissan Kicks for a 2023 Kia Pro Sportage at this dealership around a year ago. I genuinely thought they were good people selling me a good reliable car. However, immediately after buying the car they had me bring it back in because the brakes were supposed to be replaced before I drove off the lot. So I did. Immediately following that the brakes continued to sound and feel bad. So I brought it back the following week and the initial techs essentially told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that the car was fine. So I took my car to the Kia dealership down the street and one of their folks generously took my car for a drive and confirmed that something was wrong. They said there were aftermarket parts installed they may not have been installed properly and that they'd be willing to sell Nissan the correct parts to have installed. Upon returning to Nissan they initially refused to help me at all. Thankfully, Toni heard what was going on, took my car for a test drive, and also confirmed something was wrong. He did the best he could to help me. However, my brakes have continued to have problems. In addition, the car was sold to me with a piece in the front bumper broken/ missing and a crack in the windshield that has since spider webbed across my windshield. That broken piece quotes $824.00 to be replaced and installed. The windshield is quoted at $3,503.00 to be replaced and installed. I mentioned the crack in my windshield to my sales man at Nissan and he said that service department would fix it. Well they most certainly did not and were not willing to. Yesterday I was shown the carfax report for the FIRST TIME and was informed the car had previously been into an accident prior to me owning it. If I had known that it had been in an accident, I would not have bought the car. There are also zero service records uploaded on to carfax outside one of my oil changes. Apparently the owner before me had it for maybe a year and it ended up at Nissan. Everything about this car and it's time before me is fishy and doesn't make sense. The car has continued to have unavoidable issues. I moved from GA and currently live in MO. I've been at the dealership the past two days trying to figure out what is going on. This car is a 2023 and should NOT be having so many problems. Before the Kicks I'd always had beaters. I just wanted a nice, reliable, safe car, that wouldn't require a ton of immediate maintenance considering it's new. One of the folks out here sat me down and explained what the car was worth at the time it was sold to me and how much I was charged, and I was completely overcharged. They also charged me almost $5,000.00 extra on things that have been explained to me that were NOT necessary. With my trade in I had about $159.00 of positive equity and somehow ended up in a hole. Also, if this Nissan dealership tell's you they're including a warranty on your sale because you specifically asked for it, I can promise you they're lying. I asked for a full warranty, 5-6 years and I was promised I had one. They gave me NAS, which hardly covers anything and cost me $2,500.00 extra on my sale.
