With a good selection of Nike products and helpful staff, this is our go-to athletics wear store. Both my son and daughter live in their Nikes so we’re usually here several times a year. Keep in mind this is an outlet so merchandise is generally last season not the latest and greatest but the prices are good and the quality is excellent. Plenty of parking is available and lots of other shopping in the mall if you’re looking to make a day of it.

The customer service staff did not greet me when I entered the store, which already felt unwelcoming. Instead of offering assistance or checking in politely, they simply followed me around as I browsed, making the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.

False Advertising and Broken Promises I experienced extremely poor service and what I believe is false advertising at your store. A fixture displayed multiple items under a 40% off promotion, including the one I selected. When I brought it to the counter, I was told it wasn’t part of the sale. Lisette, an employee, then personally walked with me to the display and confirmed that another item of the same exact style was also there. She witnessed it herself but still refused to honor the 40% discount she had previously promised. This is completely unacceptable. If an item is on a display marked 40% off, and your staff acknowledges that fact, the discount should be honored—period. This is misleading and unethical. I will not shop here again unless this is addressed properly.

I visited the store during black Friday after waiting for 35 minutes outside the store when I got inside the store was packed with customers and teams members that were not able to assist much and %55 of store shelf was empty I couldn’t find what I was looking for and I had to head to adidas’s store. The Music were playing very loud in entire store It sounded like your in night club.

Poor customer service poor attitude some rude employees. They do not honor their refund policy. At the time of a pandemic, I have seen several times that cashiers are working so closely and that makes customers to stand close to each others. This is a clear case of a misdemeanor.

Horrible customer service experience. Had some clothes that price wasn't match with orange ticket and I asked it to a registration person. He made fun of what I asked, and he told me he didn't want to scan the clothes. Then he called the manager like he pretended us like haters. Also he told it's all because of company. I still don't understand why he said that. I already complained to nike but also want to share this to everyone. They need to put the right discount ticket on the floor rather than blaming the company.

I visited the Nike store in Leesburg over the weekend, expecting a decent shopping experience, but was seriously disappointed by the lack of customer service. From the moment I walked in, it felt like most of the staff didn’t want to be there. One female employee with long dreads had a visibly unpleasant attitude, walking around aimlessly instead of assisting customers. When I tried to get help from another employee wearing glasses—who I believe was a manager—she also seemed uninterested, more focused on talking to employees over the walkie-talkie than actually helping customers. The only saving grace was a young male employee who went out of his way to answer my questions and assist me. However, right in the middle of helping me, it seemed like the manager or a lead employee instructed him to go to the front to ring up customers, leaving me waiting for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, I noticed two other employees—likely managers—standing off to the side chatting instead of stepping in to help during a busy time. One had tattoos and glasses, the other had short dreads and glasses. As someone with 13 years of retail experience, I understand being short-staffed, but good leadership means stepping in when the store is busy, not leaving employees to struggle. Despite the poor management, the young man still made the effort to come back and assist me, which I really appreciated. Because of him, I still purchased three pairs of shoes—but I refused to sign up as a Nike member at this location due to the overall lack of teamwork. If I could, I’d give that one employee 6 stars for his great attitude and service . Unfortunately, the rest of the staff I dealt with would get a negative 5.

I love shopping at Nike, but today was an especially great experience thanks to the amazing help from Madeline in the fitting room and T. at checkout. These lovely ladies went above and beyond, making my shopping trip even better. Their kindness and assistance had a huge impact on my purchases and overall experience.
