Horrible Service! I’m literally standing at the counter behind a guy for about 20 minutes. No one acknowledged me and then another guy walks in and must be their buddy cause all of a sudden someone came quickly and helped him out. I understand maybe they are short staffed but to just literally ignore a customer is ridiculous. Be better!

Super friendly staff. Excellent pricing! I rebuilt my driveshaft and had Scott Epps balance it for me. He did an awesome job! I was able to drive over, drop the shaft in the parking lot, have him balance it, and then reinstall it for a much smoother ride!

I've been to a lot of parts store and hate almost all of them but these guys here are the best and will help you anyway they can, I took a part to be fixed and they could've fixed it but I was needed it asap and the parts wasn't going to be in, in time so I ended up buying a new one from another place but these people called to check and make sure I got what I needed now I've never in my life seen a parts store do that AWESOME guys and very honest and upfront.

I am very Unsatisfied. My fiancé went to take his tractor starter up there to be looked at to see what’s needs to be replaced on to make it work good again. He took it up there and this man had his starter in his hand and broke a piece of his starter off right in his hand acting like nothing happened. Said he would look at it and Said he would call by Wednesday well today is Friday haven’t heard anything. So went up there to go see about the starter and he said there is no way for this to be fixed and handed back a box that had the starter in it left in a 100 pieces. So I call up there to see why that was and they said it all just broke. I don’t see how it all just “broke”. Needless to say I feel like it is something they should fix since they broke the pieces it’s only the right thing to do .
