I forgot the man's name that helped us. But he was so nice and helpful and with a full store and him the only one there, took his time to refer other models and got us a amp and tuner, found us a quite spot, checked in etc. Even put a fresh pair of strings cause i called earlier in the week to see if they had the specific model i couldnt find to physically try in my home state.. I ended up walking out with a gr8 instrument. I'd recommend this store over any big box guitar store. Support small business and you'll get treated like a human, not a number. Thank you again for your help man!!

The whole transaction with @mwathens was very open and without pressure. Responses to questions were almost instant, even on a Saturday evening(purchased through Reverb.com). I am very pleased with every aspect of the transaction. It felt more personal and pricing was better than the big box stores. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Nice old independent instrument store. Old, but stocked with the latest and most popular stuff. Good selection of Fender Tonemaster amps. They even had the Tonemaster Pro pedal. It's like a Harry Potter store in that it seems bigger on the inside than the outside. Friendly staff. Definitely worth checking out.

I ordered a bass on reverb as a gift long story short needed to return and they worked with me and they didn’t have to do that. They were very kind and kept good communication. I worked on this with Ed and he was great. I don’t live in the area but I will look to purchase next music gear from them!

Visited this store yesterday for the first time and had a phenomenal experience. Me Ed was absolutely awesome in how he treated me and my family. This store was not pushy at all and left me be while I looked around and played several different guitars. Then as I had decided Mr Ed made sure it exactly what I wanted. I had a great experience here and will be returning. I buy a lot of guitars and this was by far the most pleasurable and easy buying experience I’ve ever had. Just had the best experience at Musician’s Warehouse! Ed, the owner, was so helpful. We picked up a Yamaha drum kit. Our first kit, and they were super patient and helpful in showing us how to set it up, hello us choose the right sticks, and giving tips for beginners on things we may need down the line. Highly recommend!!

For the 3rd time, I'm in a pinch and need gear quickly, so I don't have time to browse or wait on shipping, and this place has bailed me out, with great gear, pricing, at or better than, the big box on line retailers and this last time they held the store open till I got there as I was driving up from the airport in Atlanta. Love. This. Place.
