Absolutely the BEST spot! You're guaranteed to find something every time! Just remember this is NOT thrift store prices because these hard working souls find the gems and set them up for you! Taking the ease into finding new obsessions and just having a blast to see many awesome EVERYTHINGS!! Also check out my friends art- The wooden fruits and prints in the front of the sections. Sam Watson creates amazing art and rest assured she is a active part of our community, local supportive spending, and also just an amazing quality of work! I have more than 40 pieces of her artwork and can attest that I AM OBSESSED!

I live in Atlanta and love the original Mother Lode location. I'm happy to say the Athens location does not disappoint! Lots of great booths to peruse, friendly staff, a good atmosphere, and easy parking.

Bigger building, You expect more than what is inside. Way too many clothes, about 85% of the store is clothes that aren’t cheaply priced. Scattered items from temu, and half full booths really capture the store. Not a good place if you’re looking for small vintage items or collectibles.

This is my favorite place to shop and there’s always something new and exciting to find. I haven’t had such a fun shopping experience in a long time, so I‘m always happy to come back here. The booths have really good vintage items of quality and I‘m slowly rebuilding my closet! Mother Lode is a great place to buy gifts, find niche vintage items, and surprise yourself with something new!

Lots of vintage clothing. Some fun odds and ends. There were some good finds, but we didn't purchase anything here.

Honestly best vintage place I've been to. It's SO CUTE so unique with local artist works, clothes, etc. I recently purchased an ADORABLE Bag from @Lovely_Day_Vintage . I absolutely adore this place. Definitely recommend 🤍🤍🤍 I love supporting local artist since I am an artist myself, find me on Instagram: @Esmi_Speedlife …

Honestly the best vinty/antique store I've been to, and I visit a lot. Lots of 80s and 90s clothing. Wish I lived closer!

Cute place but so expensive to the point it’s almost funny. Not to mention as someone who lives in Athens and also thrifts a lot, there’s at least one seller who sources from America’s thrift in Athens and then upcharges insane amounts. I see this person every time I go. I think this person may even be an owner if not very close to them. Just be aware you can find this stuff yourself if you try. I go in for inspiration but I wouldn’t expect this place to survive for long.

First trip and probably the last. Granted, there was good quality items…… the booth owners have lost their minds with prices. I was disgusted after the first booth. $30 hats with sweat stains, $100 t shirts. When you guys come back down to earth, we can try again.

When I went in to buy a gift certificate, the young man who helped me was respectful, helpful, and cheerful! I would enjoy returning in the future to browse.
