They make you feel very comfortable and take the time to explain what is going on with your teeth & you bill if you have questions. Very trustworthy. Happy to have come here for 17 years.

Recently was dismissed from the practice after not keeping my appointments too many times in a row. I lost insurance when I turned 24 and not being able to afford my appointments outright I have had to move some things around. Been coming to Dr. Higginbothom sense I was a little guy, and other wise have really liked my time there. Absolutely disappointed. As an adult I have seen Dr. Swan. She is a great dentist. I would not want to go to anyone else, but looks like I will have to. The dr that signed my dismissal only ever saw me one time, but that is ok. I have family in small private practice dentistry and medicine, I am a UGA pre-dental student and an assistant at a vet office, so I understand clients that cancel and have to reschedule more then 5 times are frowned upon and dismissible but it still doesn't change the fact that I'm saddend they would do that. One star for sadness.
