This is a great clinic for kids with complex medical needs! My son has cerebral palsy and the therapists are caring and qualified. Milestone is a child-centered practice, with the owners valuing people over profits and focusing on how they can better the community and the lives of children with disabilities. Highly recommend for pediatric speech, physical and occupational therapy.

We have been part of Milestone Pediatric Therapy over 4 years now and specifically with the Athens office since it opened. I couldn’t imagine where my daughter, Collyn would be without the love, services and support she has received from the team at Milestone. My daughter has grown her strength, speech and social skills tremendously with the therapies she receives here. Beth and Jeremy are phenomenal owners, and Beth will always hold a special place in my heart for being Collyn’s first OT and we just love her so much! Kaycie is Collyn’s BFF/OT and is always showing up to support Collyn with various fundraisers we do. The only way I can get Collyn out of bed in the morning for therapy is to tell her she gets to go see Kaycie and she will stop any protesting immediately. I love the way they love one another. 🤣 Steve and Rachel have been our amazing PTs at Milestone. They love my girl, encourage her and handle her sass and refusals with such grace lol! Can’t forget an honorable mention for Tonya, who is always smiling to greet everyone when they arrive at the office! All this to say, if you’re looking for the best therapy office in/around Athens, you can find it at Milestone Pediatric Therapy. I truly recommend or love them more than I do now! ❤️

My children have been seeing Beth since they were with Babies Can’t Wait. When they aged out of that, we were able to make a very smooth transition to Milestone Pediatric and have been with them ever since. The people there are amazing! It’s obvious that they all love what they do. My two boys have mild cerebral palsy so they get OT and PT there. Sierra (their OT) is phenomenal! Steve and Rachel (their PTs) are amazing as well!!! Their ability to adjust to the kids’ needs is really telling. One of my sons will have those days where he’s just not feeling it. (I think we all have those days, am I right?) But even if that’s the case, Sierra and Steve will readjust their plans and roll with it. My daughter graduated from the practice and she still says how much she misses her bestie Kaycie. I could talk about the therapists there all day but I would be remiss if I didn’t brag on the woman who greets everyone who walks thru the door with a warm smile and that amazing person is Tonya! My other son loves to color and even if Tonya is out, she always has his favorite coloring pages ready! The entire staff treat each kiddo that comes thru the door as family and it makes this mom extremely grateful! Thank you Beth, Jeremy, and the rest of Milestone for all that you do!

We have seen several different therapists and all have been exceptional. My favorite thing is how the people at Milestone love my daughter as if she is their own.
