Horrible customer service. Very long wait times for assistance in the fabric department - and the fabric selection is not much to talk about either. The self check out is a joke - it's supposed to speed up check out but most customers aren't completely sure how to use it - sometimes including myself. I find a visit to this store very frustrating. I miss Joann.

Nothing makes me mourn the loss of Joanns more than walking into Michael's. Michael's is NOT the destination for fiber arts. This particular store is dirty, cluttered, and hardly had anything I need for sewing or quilting. The fabric selection is sad - only two small rows that are not well stocked. They hardly have thread, so if you're a quilter, forget about it. No jelly rolls, fat quarters, or any substantial pre-cut fabric packs; all they had were 3 selections of pre-cut fabric the size of those pocket Kleenex packs. Staff is friendly enough, but seem stretched thin, and the fabric cutting station looks as though it's not well taken care of. It's as if they kind of fit it in as an after thought. Yarn selection and embroidery floss selection is okay, but also small. If you need anything outside of framing or cheap seasonal decor, you're better off shopping online or trying Hobby Lobby.

This is a great Michael’s. Well stocked and the staff is nice. The bathroom is clean. My kids loved it. Both found lots to look at and that they wanted. I came for acrylic paint and watercolor paper.

I went for a plain black t-shirt. The app said they had 23 in stock. When I got there they had none out in the size I needed. I asked and they checked. Turns out all 23 were in backstock and the sales person wouldn't pull one out for me.

As we progress with new technology, Michael's is keeping up. I like that the self checkout Kiosks, take their coupons easily. The people who work there are also helpful.

My wife and I paid $700 to have 4 paintings framed. A few weeks later, Michaels called and said they were ready, so we drove to the store. Upon arrival, we were notified that 2 of the 4 paintings actually were not ready. 3 weeks goes by... we hear nothing. I just called the store to obtain an update and the lady who answered HUNG UP THE PHONE after she said "I'm sorry sir I don't have time to assist you and the framing department is too busy". This afternoon I'm driving to the store and requesting a full refund and my incomplete paintings back. This has been a textbook example of how to lose a customer.

Perfectly lovely big box art store. It carries most things a person would need for entry and intermediate art levels. Often, there are sales so if you want something and it's not on sale, it will be in a week

Super nice store, easy to find things. Associates were helpful but seemed to be in moods that day. Everyone is entitled to an "off" day especially when you work with the public!

I needed a small wooden box. I couldn't find one anywhere. They had at least a dozen to choose from and they were all inexpensive.

I love all the cool decorations for the seasons that my wife gets from here. It also smells good inside.
