First, if you don’t speak Spanish go somewhere else. Ladies here are very rude. I bought a modem there and it was immediately hit by lightning twice. I brought it back within two days since it seemed dangerous to have in the house and of course wouldn’t work and they refused to reimburse me.

Everyone be careful!!! Those ladies are doing fraud I was trying to switch to metro and get the iPhone 11 for free When Andrea gave me the total was about $221 I asked her several times to break it down for me and tell me why was so much She started getting nervous and couldn't tell me why! I asked her to let me see the screen and i saw she was charging be for a JBL SPEAKER ($130) I hope the owner can roll the camera back and see all this happening Time this happened 7:41 pm july-1-2023 This is a shame I have evidence of all this And tomorrow i will make a police report!!

Just walked out after spending about 10 minutes and was fixing to drop $350-$400 for a new phone. The young lady helping me was soft-spoken and helpful while this dark headed lady had a look on her face the whole time that she was being bothered by my business. She also kept interrupting her in Spanish while we were speaking. It's rude and disrespectful. The final straw was calling her away while we were discussing cases to do something else while she stood there with her grouchy, disapproving expression, doing NOTHING. My hard earned money will do well somewhere else. Customer service is NOT the place for some.

In store, no signs in English. Clearly printed on receipt that phone could be returned to store within 24 hours. Nope. "Free TCL tablet is a dinosaur and can't even update apps. So disappointed. Can't wait to switch to another carrier And customer service just doesn't work imo

I have had my service with metro for 10+years, I walked In this metro to ask a few questions about an upgrade, soon as I walked in the lady was super rude and acted as if she hated her job! I was asking questions if i could upgrade my plan and get a iPhone and she didn’t explain nothing or look at my plan she was just saying well your gonna have to buy the phone straight out then pay this and that etc and that’s fine I knew it was gonna cost everything does but I didn’t ask to be talked or treated that way! So I will take my money elsewhere and go with straight talk or something else where I’m treated with respect not as a dog!!! It seems it’s always that one girl that does that here at this store!! When she’s gone and can’t treat ppl the way she does I’ll bring my business back to metro!! Find a new job if you’re that miserable hunny!
