I wish I could give MORE stars! I contacted this dealership to locate a very special car that I wanted! Not only were they able to secure this car (very rare car) but they gave me a fair trade value for my car, and what they did next is what made me a loyal future client forever! They did not mark up this car, when they could have! Alexander was a true joy to work with! No back and forth, no games, respected my time and made this easy! When my car arrived he assured that when I showed up to pick up it was absolutely perfect! From my first contact with Shaun to ask about getting the car, to my experience with Alexander who handled everything flawlessly, to the finance office Curtis (which is usually a long laborious process) not here it was fast and easy! My expectations were exceeded in every way! Lastly their facility is beautiful! When I need to go for service I can already see it will be a pleasant experience! I’m hooked!!!

Whew, where do I start? I drove 3½ hours to this dealership after speaking with Iyana about buying a car and trading in my 2009 Chevy Impala (145k miles). I even gave her the **VIN number** beforehand, and she assured me, *“We’d love to look at your trade-in.”* When we arrived, the car we test-drove was a mess — the **A/C made a loud roaring noise, the car shook badly during the drive,** and the dashboard flashed a low key-battery warning. Iyana brushed it off, saying the A/C was just “on auto,” but the noise never stopped. Then came the trade-in. Without even looking at my car at first, they said they’d only give me $200 because “this is a Mercedes-Benz dealership.” I’ve **never been to a dealership that looked down on a trade-in or made me feel bad for trying to trade in a car.** Iyana also acted annoyed whenever I asked questions, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Finally, the finance manager falsely claimed Capital One needed **him to mail in my Social Security card**—which Capital One later confirmed was completely untrue. I walked away and went to the BMW dealer instead, where I bought a car the same day with **no hassle at all.** This was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews the 1 star reviews are the absolute truth.

I wish I could give a great review bc this is my local dealership where I purchased my vehicle but unfortunately the service experiences I have had over the years has not been up to the standard that I would expect from a Mercedes dealership. I make appointments only to wait over 30 minutes to be helped. I asked last time for the quickest in and out appointment as I have a job I have to get to, and was told to come at 8 for the first appointment, after waiting 30 minutes after my arrival I was finally helped. Honestly I get better service at the GMC dealership for my Denali. This past service appointment no one called us to tell us the vehicle was ready, we called them after 3 days and was told that the car was ready, they had just written our number down incorrectly and couldn’t contact us…..we had been texting and talking with service the day of drop off to approve the estimate so they had our number at that point. We also asked about a postcard we received from the dealership and Mercedes about our warranty ending and the postcard directed us to call the dealership to see about an extended warranty, the service advisor told me it was probably a third party and my warranty was up so he didn’t know what it was and nothing was available but we could contact finance to see if they knew anything. This was not the level of service I would expect either. We have only serviced our MB with Athens MB but we will be finding a new dealership to service and purchase from now. Also I do want to note that I have expressed my issues to a management team member at the dealership in the past but nothing has ever changed.

This past Saturday, I went to this dealership to work a trade deal for a newer CPO GLC 300. The staff was straightforward, honest and reasonable. I presented them with a higher trade offer from an ATL dealer and they matched it without negotiation. They also were flexible when I challenged them with an alternative approach to get to yes. John Dumestre, Tonya Lee, Pam Sandie, Curtis Caldwell and Kennedy Tackett were all very professional, courteous and super nice. Their doc fees are several hundred lower than ATL area dealers. I live in the Atlanta area and it was definitely worth the drive.
