As I pass the reins on to my son as he’s heading out on his own, he wanted a new suit. Part of that process was him working to find the right suit for himself without my help. My one “help” was telling him to ask as many questions as he wanted. I am VERY thankful Ms. Jackie Champion greeted us when we walked through the door. I only said a couple things in the beginning to get things started, and then I watched her work closely with my son. She answered every question, guided him, and was patient and kind to him. Not only did she answer his questions, I would hear her say, “Ok, now next time, remember to look for…” so he would be prepared for his next purchases by himself. Not only did she help us, she taught my son “how to fish” when he makes his future purchases. Thank you, Jackie for making a phenomenal customer experience for us both!

Give yourself some time to shop here as this is a very busy location. We had to get on a waitlist and took about 15mins to get a turn with a sales rep and there was also a wait for a fitting room but once we did, Christian took wonderful care of me& my sons. She went above and beyond for us and had a great experience. Highly recommend Christian!

Terrible! Talk about customer NO SERVICE! When we entered the store e were immediately met by a sales person. He was helpful for about 20 minutes. Had to go to the checkout where he stayed for 45 minutes-never checking on us. (and never really returned to help or check us out!)Finally got the tailor to mark adjustments that needed to be made. Went to the checkout. Asked to go to the register in the back,, then back to the front THREE TIMES. Still trying to check out at after getting in check out line. Do not recommend the Athens location of Men’s Warehouse.

Everything went smoothly and without any complications, even on short notice. Ron gave us excellent advice, was very knowledgeable, and friendly. We really appreciated the professionalism and positive atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The workers are generally nice, but they always seem understaffed and poorly trained in customer service. For example, I stood in the store for 20 minutes while 2 employees helped customers who were there before me and 2 employees stood near the front talking. No one acknowledged me even though I was obviously waiting to be helped. No one even made eye contact. A quick,"There are two people ahead of you, we'll be with you soon," or " there's a few people ahead of you, it will be 10 or 20 minutes," would have gone a long way. I finally just picked out a shirt that I thought would work and forgot about the pants. It took another 10-15 minutes of me standing at the counter before anyone came to check me out. At that point there were 3 other people waiting in line at the counter as well. Long story short, poorly managed, understaffed store with poorly trained or at least inadequately supervised staff. Also, the prices at men's warehouse are excessive for the low quality in general.

I came to pickup a tux for a wedding party and Chris went out of his way for over 30 minutes to figure out the issue. Talked to managers, called customer service, and even stayed after he was supposed to clock out. Very appreciative!

Had a tuxedo Emergency (needed a press) to take care of for my best friend the day before his wedding. I went in to get his tux pressed for him in a pinch and the staff was super helpful! Christian took great care of me and I was in and out quick!

Great service! I called to get a couple of tuxes pressed for my wedding that was two days away, and they graciously took care of it right away even though the tux wasn’t from Men’s Warehouse. Christian and Ron were very understanding and efficient in getting it done, and I would 100% recommend coming here for the service!
