From the moment I walked in, I was met by Sylvia. He introduction to the practice was warm and inviting. Stephanie was so kind from the moment she called me back and complete my hygiene appointment. She ensured I was in informed during my cleaning. Dr. Hardy was professional and her exam was thorough! I have a 10 year background in dentistry and I felt very confident walking out my appointment today. Thank you so much!

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. As vulnerable as it is to admit, I have not had dental care in years. I finally found myself in a financial position that I could afford to go back to the dentist, I set my appointment MONTHS in advance, worked it into my full-time work schedule, scheduled proper childcare for my family, and have been preparing for my visit for MONTHS. LESS THAN TWO WEEKS OUT, they send me a text, stating the office will be closed on the day of my appointment, and we will need to reschedule. If that wasn't bad enough, I was told that NONE of their MULTIPLE CHAIN LOCATIONS would have anything available, until the end of May, and those appointments that were available, were out of alignment with my work availability. I am appalled at the lack of care & concern coming from their call center, the young woman I spoke to had zero care about my wait period or my frustrations, and insisted that there was nothing she could do. I am dumbfounded at how a facility like this, can have multiple locations tied to their name, but no decency or regards to the patients who have helped them get where they are. I feel sicked that I would have put my trust in this "family owned" facility. The name is quite deceiving compared to their true morals. Seems like they are too busy counting the dollar bills rolling in, to worry about their patients. They don't care about losing my appointment, because they'll get their money off someone else that was just as desperate as I was to get help. I am truly disturbed by this entire ordeal, and my trust is lost in the healthcare system once again. Somebody's vacation is more important than the health of your patients. There are zero regards to the community in which they have founded themselves. McRae "Family" dental does not deserve half the credit in which they have.

I had to wait an hour and a half past my appointment before they actually started any procedure. That was very disappointing however, the staff was very friendly and nice and seemed very professional. The weight was just unacceptable.

Went to 2 other dentist offices before I found McRae Family Dental and third time was a charm! Really loved the staff. The hygienist Stephanie was a delight and she took great care of my teeth. I felt well taken care of, like they were being honest about what I needed done and not just trying to up-sell me on services, and my teeth looked and felt great when I left. The search is over, I’ll be using McRae from now on!

My dad came to get his teeth removed for dentures. He had been advised he needed some other surgery to make the dentures work and this was communicated but they said they could do what he needed. They cast for dentures and removed the teeth and the dentures would not work. He went back several times and finally after seeing another doctor in the office, who isn't usually there, was told the dentures they made were no good and should not have been made until after his other surgery. So after he had everything else done elsewhere to prepare his mouth he hoped they would make him a complimentary denture set since the one they had made was useless and his insurance paid for it. But no, they said he would pay again and his insurance will only pay for dentures every 4 years so now we are stuck. It's a shame they won't make the situation right.

Amazing! I want to leave this review to highlight to outstanding individuals at this location Tivika and Dr.Washington. I have had the privilege of having this incredible duo as I dealt with navigating getting a permanent crown. They were patient, kind, welcoming, and professional. As well as empathetic, as I know I have a relatively low pain tolerance. Even as an adult, I don’t like to always go to the dentist but knowing that they would be the ones aiding me made it something to look forward to. Although I’ve had an amazing time regardless of who oversaw my care at McRae, these two stand out and I want to ensure they get the recognition they deserve. Thank you both for taking such good care of this book nerd!

This was the best experience I’ve had at a dentist office. The office is clean and everyone is very professional. Stephanie took amazing care of me and made me feel comfortable despite being so nervous. Thank you, I’m so glad I took a chance at this location.

I just left the office after a root canal. The same treatment I was supposed to have at the Epps Bridge office. But the social climate is this office was so warm and inviting. Tavika brought me in the room and began a simple but informative discussion on the procedure, what to expect, and how we would communicate during the procedure. Since this was only my second visit, she immediately put me at ease with her compassion and her extensive knowledge. I felt safe in her care; her capable presence inspired confidence for a successful procedure. What more could I ask for!? And Dr. Washington was an absolute maestro with a needle and drill. We were all laughing when I asked for more Novocain! Truly, I so appreciated the candid conversation about the dental plan and the priorities we discussed for treatment. I’m so thankful for these people! I feel certain that I’ve found one of those lifelong dental offices. Such a blessing!

Dr. Hardy and her staff were friendly and professional. They explained everything. I got a great vibe in the office, and it is very clean and cheerful.

It was my first time seeing a dentist after years and I was very happy with how my appointment went. The front desk staff and nurses were very welcoming and kind. The dentist and nurses answered all my questions fully and addressed the next steps to take. They went out of their way to see if my next appointment could be scheduled any sooner. I would recommend them to a friend. One down side was I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment which seemed to be their lunch break and the front door was locked. Other than that. The office was clean, staff was helpful, and treatment was explained to me.
