My wife and I have purchased in the past with mattress firm and been very satisfied with both the quality of the product and service. Our past experience in the last month was unfortunately the exception , as the representative did a high pressure sales job to self- admittedly increase their commission. While we appreciated the selection, we did not appreciate how we were treated and immediately went up the road to Meteo Mattress on Atlanta and bought a mattress that afternoon from an extremely professional and knowledgeable sales representative thst we are very satisfied with.

I went to Epps bridge road mattress firm and I was not treated as a valuable customers the young lady that works there she did not even recognize me she was very unprofessional I I did not get any customer service from her so I left I went to the one on Atlanta highway and I was treated with the utmost respect Kevin was a very very good young man and he does excellent customer service and I would recommend the one on Atlanta highway to anyone as long as Kevin is there.
