We bought a truck about a week ago. Awesome price for the mileage !! I felt confident in our purchase solely through the fact, the lender raved about him and his business. I’ve done a few transactions with the lender so I trusted their opinions. I know if a lender is doing frequent transactions with a business, it must be doing something right! The transactions was so easy. I sent in the application and spoke with the lender on my budget. I went to test drive and make my final decision on which truck I wanted. Mr. Miller was very friendly but not pushy whatsoever like other car lots. He gave me the keys and space to openly test drive and take my time. After I made my decision, he got the ball rolling for me to easily go sign at the lender (took 10 mins), and come back to him to finish signing. (Another 10 mins). Not only that, he gave me gas money for the truck since he didn’t have a chance to fill it up. He gave me enough to fill it up twice, not just once. The truck ended up randomly breaking down one afternoon on my way home with the kids. My husband picked us up and we went to Mr. Miller just to try and see if he’d possibly be able to point us in the right direction since I bought it “as is”. We were terrified that we were about to have to still pay on a truck that may have just possibly died. (We had no idea what had caused it to randomly die) With no hesitation, Miller came out, got my keys and told me he wouldn’t leave us hanging. He had the truck towed to his mechanic and is covering the cost. I can’t recommend him enough. Not because he covered the cost, but because of the type of person he is. Other car lots would’ve repeated the fact that we bought “as is”. He definitely will continue to get business from us and I’ve raved about him to a few people we know that are currently shopping for cars/trucks.

Had to give 1 star just to leave a review but the fact of the matter is don’t ever buy a vehicle from these people. Granted the man was nice but had us drive 3 hrs for a truck that had a massive oil leak rusted out frame and leaking rear end. Even tried looking at another truck but same situation with a massive oil leak. Says his mechanics work fast and gave every excuse in the book. Beware before going to check anything out here.

Mr. Marks was very professional, responsive to text messages, and immensely helpful with the extra paperwork that became necessary several days after selling a car. Additionally, an independent mechanic indicated this Used Car Dealership is better than others in town. Customers have to know the real price of a vehicle on the market, including its variations based on the trim and add-on options.

I wish I had read the reviews about this place before I purchased a vehicle here. I bought a vehicle for $10,000 that ran for 2 wèeks.. I contacted Mr. Miller and was told to take it to the mechanic he uses and they would fix it on his account and I would get a huge discount. I was quoted $7,500. Mr. Miller would not answer the phone again or return my calls. When I got the tag I was informed that the vehicle had a branded title. I was never informed of this. Went through all my paperwork and nothing on a branded title. Hopefully Mr.Miller will see this and contact me. I have tried reaching out to h too many times. His next contact from me will be from my attorney and the Secretary of State for his failure to disclose this required by GA law information. Thank you to the registration office for all this information and what the laws are for dealers in GA and the information on how to handle a thief like this.

My wife and I had been looking for 6+ months for a specific truck a 4 door f150 5.0 under 150k miles we found this dealership on as sunday and let me tell you this dealership had surpassed every other one we visted priced right made the deal gave him a deposit to hold for us came back monday and we went home with the truck of our dreams ive put about 600$ in maintenance in the vehicle other than that had no issues ive put well over 5000 miles on the truck and shes running strong i recomend mark and sons to anyone looking for a vehicle very honest and straight forward thanks mark and sons

I don’t like to leave negative feedback on a business but this is merited. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Avalon from Marks and Sons in early 2017. The day I purchased the car the drivers seat did not go all the way back. After pointing this out to Mr Marks, he promised to send a replacement seat at his cost. He actually wrote this on my buyers order to make sure it was part of the deal. After arriving home, when the promised time to receive the seat came and went so I called him. After not returning calls and many texts he finally responded that family issues had been happening and apologized for not dealing with this sooner. I told him that I understood things happen and all I wanted is what he promised me. He assured me that one was to be shipped. It was another month before it actually arrived but hey I got it and that’s what mattered. BUT! Sadly, the replacement seat was evidently from a wrecked car and had a broken frame and seat motor. I have a friend in the industry that looked at the seat and told me that the seat must have been from a car in a side impact crash due to the excessive force that would have been required to break the seat the way it was broken. This is when the saddest part of all this begins to unfold. When I tried to contact Mr Marks he would not respond. I called and text all the numbers I had contacted him on and still NO response. After multiple attempts and 7 months later I ended up spending the $250 myself to buy a replacement seat. I have a copy of the buyers order written and signed by Marks and Sons owner Mr Mark stating he would replace the seat yet all I have is a broken replacement seat that was worse than the one in the car originally. Truly, I would rather have been told to drive back to Tn without the car the day I purchased it than to have been given a promise that was never fulfilled. I waited 7 months to leave this review for a reason. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and pleanty of time to make it right. Sadly it has not happened.. I still have every text saved that was sent to him so I can always look back and prove that I did everything in my power to compel Mr Marks to follow through on his written promise. What is most disheartening is that we would have continued purchasing vehicles through him for as long as I live because the experience HAD been very pleasant until the UNKEPT promise showed the true colors of Marks and Sons Motors. Thankfully I was able to pay the $250 myself and fix the problem. I just know that anyone who will lie to you about the small things will lie to you about the big ones. Please feel free to contact me if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from them. I just want you to know, BUYER BEWARE of Marks and Sons Motors.

Where do I start first off in the process of buying the car I was promised that the then damaged sun visor would be replaced when I purchased the vehicle back in February 2018. It is now May and it still has not been repaired he promised he would do so I contacted him several times and no response. Not to mention not even a month after purchasing the car I have paid over $4000 to replace the engine, front struts and o2 sensors. This man does not keep his word he preys on people who he think he can get over on. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM PERIOD YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
