Wow! It’s actually fun to go to Dr. Firth’s office for my annual visit. Check in is smooth & cordial. My visit with Dr. Firth is friendly, focused and efficient. He listens to my questions and gives studied effective answers, including me in decisions about my health care. The blood draw is a snap, check-out is a breeze, and I’m on my way. Hours later, my lab results appear magically in my on-line chart. Dr. Firth has already reviewed them, and in a few days I’ll receive a summary card by mail with his personal comments regarding my care and health. My pharmacy calls me to say my medication refill is in. They’re doing everything right at Dr. Firth’s office!
