Dr. Shillinger at Piedmont Family Practice in Athens, Ga is a really good physician. She is courteous, kind, and very detailed. I feel like she is always trying to make the best decision for me and my husband’s healthcare needs. She and her staff work as a team to make sure the wait time is as least as possible, I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 10min for anyone or service in that office. Dr. Shillinger and her team have excellent response time with any MyChart messages, and they don’t keep you waiting days for a response. The only negative comment I have about that office is the NP that works there, is working in the wrong place. She is the exact opposite of everyone else there and after my experience with her, I won’t ever book another visit with her. Overall the rest of the team is great, that’s why we have been seeing Dr. Shillinger for 3-4 years now and have no plans to leave. If we ever have to see a specialist for anything, we always choose Piedmont providers!!
