For my female and new riders: ASK FOR ALEX. I am a new female rider who bopped around to several different Indian stores before finally finding someone who made me feel confident and comfortable making such a significant investment. Alex understood my fears as a new rider but advocated for my potential, pointing me in the direction of a bike I could grow with. Not only am I extremely satisfied with my purchase — a 2025 Indian Scout Sport — but I am also immensely satisfied with my first-time buying experience, which is a pivotal milestone for a new rider. I can’t imagine a better a better teammate in the process than Alex. He was patient with me, entertained my stupid questions, never made me feel stupid, and got me on the best bike for me, a bike I love and will have for years. I was passing through on my 2018 Roadmaster and was going to stop by to get a poker chip, then Murphy struck. My clutch cable broke when I was 5 miles away. While I was waiting for the two truck, I called and asked if they had the parts and the time to fix it. They said they were ready to get it fixed as soon as I got there. When the truck rolled up, 3 guys from the back got the bike and started on it right away. They did not have a new cable, but there was a used one available from a handlebar change and it works just fine. The entire staff were pleasant, professional, and most of all, willing to do whatever it took to get me back on the road. I can't thank you enough for helping me out and going the extra mile. And yes, I did get my poker chip so, mission accomplished!

I can't express enough how helpful Alex Velasquez, Alicia Childress, and owner Ed Turner were this past weekend. I started Friday morning never expecting I'd be riding home on Saturday with the bike of my dreams. The staff was beyond friendly, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile to make it a wonderful experience. I'm so grateful that I chose to make the phone call. I only wish they weren't two hours away from my home in South Carolina, so that I can visit them for my maintenance and service needs as well. Pierce Carlson got my husband in when he was traveling and his battery terminal came loose. They were slammed pack and he got him in and took great care of him and back on the road. Him and Bridget Kinnard were willing to take care of him yet again today when his clutch cable snapped all the way back in NC when our local dealers couldn’t. I would recommend them any day to any one facing a problem with their Indian!

I bought a Polaris Slingshot 2 days ago from this dealer; Alex Velasquez handled the sale. Fair price, friendly staff, and was able to get everything done in advance (from home), so it was just a matter of signing the docs when I got there. I can't speak to their service department yet as I haven't had the 500 mile break-in service yet, but would definitely recommend this dealer.
