Not only does Mandy and the team go above and beyond service-wise; their nail designs always turn out beautiful. And I can’t get my brows waxed anywhere else! They managed to do a lovely mani/pedi and brow wax all at once within an hour when I was in a rush one day. FABULOUS, start to finish. The customer service is on point, the nail techs really care about doing a wonderful job, and the salon is super clean and pleasant to be in. I have a manicure that's three weeks old: there's no chipping, no catching at the bottom where there's new nail growth, and I am still getting compliments on my manicure. This place is truly top notch, I finally found a salon that I can call my go-to spot. :) You've GOT to see Sammy if you want nail art done. He's SO detailed and makes sure every nail is absolutely perfect. I've been seeing Sammy for years and he always does incredible work. Just look at how cute my lemons are!

Mandy and Kathy have the best nail salon in town! I’ve been in Athens for over 20 years and been to many different places to get nails, and this is definitely my favorite. My nails always look perfect and they last for weeks. They also have an incredible selection of gel colors!

My nails look ok but have streaks of white on them that should have been removed and are overall sloppy. My technician was rude the entire time. Every time I asked for anything or asked a question she would give me a short rude response. I intended on getting both a manicure and a pedicure, but only got a pedicure because the woman was insisting on only using gel on my fingernails (obviously trying to upcharge). After I initially refused, she kept saying how regular polish would be gone in a day, so I just said no manicure. If regular polish is gone in a day it's just a bad manicure. Edit: I let my toes dry for 20 minutes before I left and they are completely messed up by the time I got home. I will never be returning.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to M&K Nail Salon. I came in wanting something super simple—just polka dots—but neither of the two women working on my nails could do it properly. What I ended up with was lumpy, sheer polish that looked rushed and unprofessional. When I asked for a French tip, I was very clear that I wanted a **clear base**, but they kept trying to push me to get **pink clear** instead—even after I told them multiple times what I wanted. It felt like they weren’t listening at all and kept insisting on doing it their way. It was frustrating and honestly just unprofessional. What makes this more disappointing is that I had a great experience last time, which is why I decided to come back. But this time, even after expressing that I didn’t want the base to look sheer, the lady just played around with it and didn’t actually fix the issue. I left feeling unsatisfied and ignored. Definitely not going back again.
