Thursday September 18th my brother wanted to build a screen room for me. I have cancer and he wanted me to enjoy being outside. We spent over $2000. We had no help loading all of the lumber we purchased. My brothers wife met us there and was the only help he had. She smashed her thumb and wasn't able to use her hand for the next several days. There were employees just walking by and not offering any assistance. It took us 3hrs to load. If you need help with your purchase this is not the place to get it!

If you are buying paint, I’d recommend Home Depot. The customer service at this Lowe’s is astonishingly poor. Mistakes happen when mixing paint, but they don’t offer solutions; more likely they make you feel like an idiot if you bring a color back in. I’m not a big complainer, but felt like offering my opinion here since I haven’t ever had this experience at Home Depot.

I frequent this Lowe’s weekly this time of year. I’ve had a great experience all spring and summer. We also love the outdoor seasonal decor during the fall. I prefer Lowe’s plant selection to other big box stores. Kennard was very helpful today, as what the associate Natalie.

I got a washing machine delivered to my house and a man named Jean Hernandez idk if that’s the right spelling but he was amazing and was so sweet and he got it installed in 10 minutes. Highly recommend him and his partner for any instillation

The Epps Bridge Lowe's has been going downhill. Over the past year EVERYTIME I go into the store I get harassed by a leaf guard sales rep. But it's impossible to find a helpful associate to help you shop. If you do find someone to assist you they rarely know how to answer my questions.

Had a really disappointing experience at this Lowe’s location today. I walked into the garden center and noticed a cart nearby that I thought would be helpful. As I grabbed it and began to push forward, the cart suddenly pulled back due to two bad wheels. I lost my balance and fell backward into the metal detector, then hit the ground hard—catching my fall on some sharp yard signs that cut my hands, wrist, and shin. What was most upsetting is that no one came to check on me or offer assistance. I had to get up on my own, shaken, injured and bleeding, and simply walk out. This could have easily been avoided if someone had removed the damaged cart beforehand. It’s concerning that something so dangerous was left out for customers to use.

I started going to Lowe's because Home Depot was so unhelpful. However, this Lowe's in Athens had a high pressure sales pitch for their leaf filter gutter guards. The guy doing the pitch had a Lowe's jacket on, but he obviously was working for leaf filter in some fashion. I really don't want or need this kind of crap. I know what I want in a home improvement shop and if I don't I'll ask somebody. I won't be going back to Lowe's for a long time.

Horrible customer service. I was delivered a faulty product that I specifically chose to have delivered on a weekend and now I have to take a day off of work to have the new product delivered. I also have to spend time removing and reinstalling the replacement. I was told they cannot give me any kind of a credit or partial refund because when you order online it comes from the warehouse so they can't help you... ridiculous.

Went to store today to return joint compound after finishing my project and had no receipt was denied any type of refund. Don’t shop Lowe’s because unless you give them contact information at check out or pay with credit card they will not give you a store credit despite how small the purchase was. When asked for a manager Kennard came to the front and accused me of being out of line and escalating- sorry kennard im in retail too and would never waste my energy. However we both know you have more than the ability to override the refund and make an exception for a $20 item that is only sold at Lowe’s and still completely sealed. My silent protest will be to never shop Lowe’s again. The customer model is progressively getting worse and unfortunately your targeting the majority of honest customer base for the minority of your dishonest customers! Please sir don’t ever tell customers who need support or further validation at your front end that they don’t know how to talk to people.yes I will challenge professionally unreasonable return policies all day being I am in your field and our customers are our pay checks! Take a deescalation class or several for that matter!! Learn more about policy and process and practice it with some level of mutual respect! In addition I was at the front end for 40 min and it took 20 for them to find an MOD then three came up like you were going to intimidate me- case #68325335 filed
