Went to Lowe's to pick up garden plants for the garden at Fantastic prices on a variety of different peppers also on several different herbs. The staff there was helpful and friendly got us checked out quickly and we were on our way to plant our new vegetables in the garden. Thanks

Came to this Lowe’s for tools to help renovate at my job. As always, there was such a friendly staff and everyone was helpful with finding all of our needs!! Fred was the first person we can in to at the paint counter and helped us locate mostly everything through the store. He was so kind, and I can’t wait to show him pictures of our finished work at our restaurant with the products he helped us pick out.

Don't buy large appliances from Lowe's. I bought a Samsung washer and dryer set that cost over two-thousand dollars from Lowe's and they are terrible. I feel like if a machine can't do the basics of what it was designed to do then they are useless. Both washer and dryer take multiple runs to clean and dry. Lowes has a 48 hour return policy for delivered appliances making it impossible to truly trial them or get a return if they don't work well. For that crooked behavior, I won't be giving them my business anymore either.

I usually prefer Home Depot for their customer service, but I had a great experience at Lowe's today. I saw a Weber Grill at the Epps Bridge location that was on sale. I wanted to buy it but they only had a floor model. I was worried about disassembly and getting it in my sedan. The associate called the Lexington Ave location and found they had it, in stock, at the same price, in a box. He asked them to have it at customer service by the time I got there. I purchased it at the Eastside location but it was obvious it would not fit in sedan. There associate there was nice enough to help me unpack it and load it into my car, in the RAIN. Thanks, to both Lowe's locations for the great customer service

Absolutely can not get an online order delivered correctly to save their lives. Delivered wrong twice. They can send someone out to pick up the wrong thing but not deliver the correct item? How is that? Don't tell me you cant send someone when you literally just did. Customer service is awful with the exception of one of the 8 different people I've talked to. Am done with this store and Lowes in general. They don't even answer the phone right now. When I was able to get through they'd put me on hold and then disconnect. I've wasted hours on this because they don't want to pay the $15 delivery fee themselves. Disrespectful and not what I'd expect for the thousands i spend there every year.

The staff in the appliance dept was wonderful answered all my questions about a washer set, I'm looking at helped me when I was looking a fridges answered all my questions purchased a fridgadire on clearence got a great deal on it Thanks to Sam and Chris.

Every time I go here I get accosted by a Leaffilter salesman. I didn’t want it the first 1000 times and I don’t want it now! I just want to go in get what I need and leave. Super annoying
