Life Point Dental in Jefferson has been amazing! Their entire staff is so welcoming and friendly. I bring two of my sons there, today being my youngest son, Jax’s first time! He was very anxious and nervous about the whole experience. Dr. Yeo was so explanatory and patient. But our absolute very favorite was Ms. Briana! She was just absolutely the best! She took her time with my son and I can’t explain how grateful I am. By the end of the appointment, Jax was so at ease! He hugged her bye and everything! We both definitely look forward to seeing them both again! 🩷 Thanks to all you guys! Frfr! 🩷

The staff is generally friendly, but there are some issues with the Spanish-speaking receptionist. She is not disrespectful, but she is very curt and unwilling to double-check information when requested. For example, I was overcharged for my second cleaning. The first session (August 7) was $164, and the second should have been $119. However, she tried to charge me $164 again, insisting multiple times that I had only been charged $119 the first time. After checking my bank account, I confirmed I had already paid the higher amount. When I returned and asked her to review it again, she finally admitted she was wrong but told me I could not get a refund immediately since only the manager could process it, and they would wait until the insurance claim was resolved. This policy feels unfair to patients, especially since the mistake was on their end, not mine. Fortunately, another receptionist—who was very kind and helpful—assisted me, and eventually, I did receive my refund. That was the only positive outcome. Overall, the clinical staff was polite, but the actual deep cleaning service was incomplete (no flossing the second time, I think it was not un purpose she might forgot it ), and the billing/communication issues at the front desk caused unnecessary stress. I expected more professionalism and thoroughness, especially considering the costs involved even with insurance.

The staff at life point dental in Jefferson are phenomenal. My hygienist Jessica cleans my teeth every time she’s very gentle when it comes to cleaning my teeth. She’s not aggressive with my mouth and doesn’t cause any discomfort and pain like some dental offices. If you are looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend life point dental in Jefferson.
