Had a wonderful experience at this LensCrafters. Came after work as I had lost my glasses somewhere during the weekend and was immediately greeted by a wonderful and calm spirited young sales associate. She was friendly and patient and took extra time to sort out my glasses prescription that I originally got in the UK. She advised me on all the extra benefits I was eligible for within my insurance coverage and provided me with my PPD which I really needed to know. She even recommended some awesome podcasts for me to check out. Overall my experience was top tier and I’m super grateful to her. So shout out to Nikiya! Thank you for making that process as stress-free as possible.

Great store with reliable service! I accidentally broke my glasses in my sleep and woke up to find the lenses completely detached from the frame. Since LensCrafters was the only optical store open on a Sunday in Athens, I stopped by in the afternoon to get them fixed. The process was easy and done at no cost for me. The staff were also friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience stress-free. No wonder this place has such great reviews! I don’t have a backup pair, so I was worried I’d be stuck going to class blind as a bat all week. Thankfully, that’s no longer a concern :)

Best eye exam ever! Dr. Osman was friendly, professional, kind; he was fast and thorough but I never felt rushed. He explained everything carefully and put me at ease. Had an eye exam, got my new prescription, and was out within 45 minutes. Head down the Atlanta Highway to LensCrafters! Great staff, service, and well worth your time!

Lens Crafters has been around for a while due to its great selection of quality frames. This location has a full service optometrist. You can’t beat the knowledgeable and customer oriented staff. Amber helped make my husbands selection easy and provided good advice on his prescription sunglasses. We left feeling satisfied with the purchase and will be back again. It’s obvious Amber has been doing this for a while. Their sale prices are exceptional. Check out their selection. You’ll be glad you did.
