Updating after receiving the public response with new photos. This is exactly how you can expect things to go. Lots of words, niceties and no results. Again all I'm asking management to do is clean up their own property and to ask people to abide by their lease and not keep trash all over. Why is this so hard? Posting these photos as complaining to the office repeatedly hasn't worked, in fact I am treated as if I am being unreasonable. My neighbors routinely make OUTSIDE STINK by leaving their trash in the sun in 90 degree weather for days. The townhouses throw trash behind the building attracting roaches and possums. Someone threw two entire pizza boxes with pizza and brought coyotes into the back area. My downstairs neighbor let's his dog poop in the front of the building and only picks it up right before his partner gets home, making the front of the building so unsanitary I can't have guests over anymore because I am afraid of what smell they may walk into. Management is aware and acts like they will do something but trash from months ago still hasn't been picked up. The trash is still being left in the hot sun. Maybe if prospective renters see it they can decide if this is how people should have to live

It’s competitively priced for the area, shared amenities are in surprisingly good condition. Apartments are old but they function, nothing lasts forever. Internet is very solid as well. Community has a lot of families so there are a lot of kids and teenagers around and it’s very rarely quiet, fine with me but keep it in mind when thinking of starting a lease. The main problem is just the buildings are old but they’d have to pour a LOT of money to get these modernized, I think they’re ok for what they are.

Lived there about a year ago now. The leasing office was extremely helpful. It was beyond easy to apply and move-in. The issues came after. There was a HUGE pest issue. Pest Control would come out weekly but to no avail. We also had a window that was broken, due to some kids running around that threw something at the window causing it to break. Maintenance's "fix" was to board it up while we waited on a permanent fix, which happened a full month later. All together, I'm not sure if it was just our building but the amount of bugs we encountered while living there was atrocious. For reference, we were advised to leave ALL furniture bc of how infested their building was.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast Cynthia, the leasing agent, found an apartment that met my needs. She took the time to show me around the community and answered all of my questions. Everyone at the leasing office was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Thank you again.

Cynthia, who worked with me at the Rental Office, was exceptionally helpful. I’m elderly and not as tech savvy as I used to be and without her help we wouldn’t be able to fill out all the paperwork and applications we had to do. She was so friendly, professional and just a delightful lady to work with. Thank you for hiring Cynthia to work at your Rental Office because she is great at her job!

If it weren't for the kind staff I've met, I would give 1 star. Since moving in in August, the utilities, maintenance, and upkeep have been unremarkable; fine, but unremarkable. When I moved in, the kitchen and other areas had been crudely repainted, with surfaces still sticky and a strong paint smell throughout the unit, a smell that still lingers in one of the closets. That was annoying, but the reason I'm writing this review is the terrible bug situation. The day I got my keys and unlocked my door for the first time, before I had brought anything in, I counted about 5 small cockroaches. The first thing I bought after getting the keys was a pack of cockroach traps. Again, this was the very first time I walked in. Since then, cockroaches have persisted in my apartment, despite pest control visits. I want to say, I'm a clean person, I don't have clutter, and I don't leave food out. Last night, for the fourth time, I was woken up by a crawling sensation, only to find a cockroach crawling over my body in my own bed. This is by far the worst bug situation I've experienced in a residential complex. Though the staff is communicative and friendly, I would not recommend moving here, and I strongly encourage you to keep looking. EDIT: I changed my rating to 1 star because it really is abysmal and something has to change. The bugs still persist after several visits from pest control, yet there is no communication or reparation from management. The water seems to often be turned off, with notices given beforehand only about half the time. You'll get conflicting information when speaking with the staff depending on who you talk to. I was told my unit would have a balcony, which it doesn't. Getting the referral bonus was tedious as, again, I received conflicting information when speaking with the staff. What I said still stands; the people I have spoken to were nice. Unfortunately, that just isn't enough. Again I say, if you're moving soon, keep looking.

I truly enjoyed living here but recently management decided to get rid of recycling and the trash has been overflowing since. We are still being charged for services we no longer receiving. Because trash is so often overflowing now, people are now throwing trash anywhere they can, my neighbor is storing trash on her back porch or throwing it into the woods. It smells and it all looks so ghetto. It's going to lead to pests if it continues. I was so mortified when I tried to use the fire pit with friends because there was a small mouse on the trash and we could smell it from the fire pit. I hope they get it together because rent is going up and I am not renewing if this is what this place is going to look and SMELL like going forward.

The leasing Agents went above and beyond to help make the move in process easier . The move in cost is actually affordable in the economy.

Current resident on the way out. This is the third time we have been flooded. Maintenance wont answer phone, and their messages are full. Made a request for help, and was told six other units called and I had to wait my turn as our entire downstairs has water. This and the black mold that is in our upstairs bathroom makes this place un liveable.

I wish I can give this place zero stars! It’s an absolute joke and was a nightmare to live in. I had numerous maintence issues and there’s literally only one guy who does everything he would come in and fix what he could, but ultimately the apt had final say so. I would hear critters in the walls, ceiling in all the rooms were cracking and even the bathroom ceiling had a serious leak. They did a minor crappy repair which I never was able to run super hot water because it would start cracking again. There was a termite issue that was never fixed. The dishwasher I had was the only one I knew to be had in the apt complex, never was fixed and caused the flooring to warp never got fixed or replaced. The sewer issues are a joke , then I would have to run the water for 15 min to get all the black gunk that would come out and clean the tubs and sinks. I reported and complained so many times about the weed smoking and the gross neighbors I lived next to about leaving their trash outside which caused another pest issue for me. I’ve had to miss work several times because of this issue and it never got fixed. For almost 4 years I lived here was never late on rent and even paid early. Towards the end I would be gone for weeks to go be at my sisters because of the terrible service and issues with my apt. I also live in a way bigger space and the electric bill is lower than what I was paying in my one bedroom I had here. The leasing manger knew of all the issues and still did nothing. When I finally told her I was done and leaving she said she can do a payment plan to pay for breaking the lease which I had no choice. She then went back on her word which I have in emails and sent it to the credit company along with them keeping my washer and dryer I had there and my security deposit. This was beyond ridiculous and illegal. So I don’t recommend this plqce. I also have videos and photos of all the damage this place has and never fixed them properly
