I highly recommend getting a massage from Lauren Brenneman L.M.T. She has a calming energy that puts one at ease along with her accommodating approach that lets you know she really cares about her clients’ wellbeing. Her studio is kept very clean and is decorated nicely and I enjoyed the background music which was soothing without being the overplayed generic spa playlist. The massage itself was wonderful and my only regret is not booking a 90 minute session as the time seemed to pass by in the blink of an eye. If you’re in the Athens/Atlanta area and are looking for a personalized one-on-one massage experience I recommend booking an appointment with Lauren as soon as you get the chance! I myself am looking forward to my next massage 😊

It's so wonderful to have Lauren as a massage therapist, not just for myself but for my kids as well. Lauren provided excellent care for my 12 year old son after he was involved in a car accident and experienced whiplash, and she has helped my other son (11yo) who develops sore shoulder and back muscles from practicing archery. For myself, I have so much stored stress/trauma/etc. in my shoulders and hip area, and Lauren takes her time during each and every session to help me release some of that tension. She gives the best "homework" for at home care and is consistently suggesting new techniques to help with any issues I'm having. Truly a gifted massage therapist!

Lauren gives a very calming relaxing and intuitive massage. I was very relaxed after booking a session with her. Her palms radiates a glow of heat making it even more relaxing. She pays attention palpating to find areas of stress. I recommend especially after a long work day/week to relax. The work that was done between my shoulder blades had me snoring.
