Absolutely amazing to work with! I bought a house that had a very overgrown front and back yard. LangScapes came in and made it absolutely beautiful. Had an excellent experience start to finish with Langscapes. The landscaping in the front yard came with the house, and I had never been in love with it. I liked it considerably less after I let it get completely out of control. I reached out to Langscapes and Matt was extremely communicative, responsive, and friendly. He was able to get me on the schedule very quickly, worked with me on what I was looking for, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I’d give them a 4.5 if I could via google- For the most part we are very happy with the job completed! Pros: Great attention to detail by Ben and Matt - especially the tree and grading work we had done. Ben was careful with our Trees and laid out the rip rap rock so well- it was gorgeous Very professional Matt is usually fantastic at communicating and giving you a detailed invoice Cons 60% down payment was a bit out of our comfort zone - most work we’ve done in the past has asked for 50% or less up front Communication improvement on start / delays : we had a bit of weather / sick delays - which is understandable - but I would encourage them to be more proactive with contacting customers before the day that actual work is supposed to start. I made plans to be home those days and I’d have to email the day of or day before to see if they were planning on coming/ delaying. Expensive- we had a few quotes and they were on the more expensive side - BUT, the work is done very well. If your budget allows- then I’d encourage you to consider LangScapes

Matt and his team did a phenomenal job cleaning up our yard and replacing almost all of our plants in our flower bed! Our back yard brush was cleaned up thoroughly, and they even made a spot where we could sensibly store our garbage cans on the side of our house which saves us room in our garage. Matt communicated extremely well, listened to my ideas, and answered all my questions. My yard looks SO much better now!!

We have not currently had any work done by LangScapes but the customer service is fantastic! Matt provided some great information and consultation on our current landscaping at a house we recently purchased. Matt and the LangScapes team are fantastic. Aside from being extremely competitive with regards to price, they are very knowledgeable and easy to work with - from beginning to end. LangScapes is flexible with regards to approach, as Matt (the owner) he showed a willingness to work with us in "phases" so that we had the time to determine exactly what we wanted as the installation process unfolded.
