A group of us ladies were out for the evening going to see our favorite stand up comedian. Lee Ann Morgan. To keep from driving back so late, it was decided to rent a limo. The van was perfectly clean. It was so nice and comfortable. Our driver, Marcus, was so professional and funny. He interacted with us as if he had known us all our lives. He didn’t just drop us off and leave when we returned home very late, he dropped us at our homes. We all lived on the same street. He was such a gentleman. I would definitely use this company and Marcus as our driver again. Great experience.

Why would I ever look for another limo company when the first time up to bat I hit a home run? When I called Mike and told him my flight had been cancelled he assured me not to worry that he would have a driver for us. Coming and going both cars arrived on time, were immaculate, and the drivers charming, knowledgeable, and helpful. I could not be happier and would not hesitate to recommend them to all. Now I just have to remember to book them for my next trip in October.

Lake Oconee Limo was scheduled to pick me up after a flight that was supposed to land at 3pm. My flight kept getting delayed in small chunks - 45 minutes, then 2 hours, then another hour, etc. The total delay was 9 hours. Throughout this time I kept in touch with both the company and the driver and they continued to reassure me they would be there for me and expressed sympathy for me, on a day when I felt like the airline had none. It was nice to have them in my corner. I felt bad that the driver had to wait so long but they never made me feel like it was an issue. I finally got picked up and after a trying day was able to relax in the car and get to Lake Oconee safely despite the heavy rain. This company is clearly focused on the customer experience. I can’t recommend them enough.
