I love this location. I used to shop at the Buckhead store when I lived in midtown and worked at Van Michael Salons. Brand new pair of UGG tennis shoes never worn for $40? Thank you! A Snash ring normally $85 but got it for $28? (Pictured because I have to show it off) Don’t mind if I do! I just started selling there this past year and they lay it out pretty simple when you consign. I actually read the contract. I love that they donate the clothes to a women’s shelter if I decide not to pick up my items. Probably be there tomorrow to give them my paycheck lol 🖤

DO NOT SELL HERE. To start off they charge a ridiculous 50% commission and their store gets little to foot traffic due to the poor location. 2nd off, the store is terrible with communication the store will send you 1 email when you drop off your items and none more after. The store won’t notify you of when to collect your items, and if you don’t pick them up, they will sell your items and give you no money, and then donate the items they don’t wish to sell. 100% a scam, I recommend going to uptown cheapskate, full circle atl, Plato’s closet, or anywhere else. This store knows exactly what there doing and on top of that, on top of the 50% commission they will discount your items, without notifying you. 0/10 Terrible customer service, terrible communication, 50% commission is absolutely awful, I suggest Poshmark, 100 million daily users compared to the 6 people that shop at labels everyday and Poshmark only charges 8% commission of sale price after tax ! Worst expiernce I’ve ever had in 6 years now getting rid of clothing items, absolutely horrible.

MUST SELL HERE! To start off, they offer a fair 50% commission, and their store gets great foot traffic due to its prime location. Second, the store is excellent with communication—they’ll send you an email when you drop off your items, keeping the process simple and straightforward. They give you the opportunity to collect your items, and anything left unclaimed is either sold or donated to Project Safe, a local women’s domestic violence center. 100% a great place to sell—I recommend going here over anywhere else, including Uptown Cheapskate, Full Circle ATL, or Plato’s Closet. This store knows exactly what they’re doing, and on top of the 50% commission, they price items fairly to make sure they sell, which benefits both sellers and buyers. 10/10 Amazing customer service, great communication, and the 50% commission is well worth it. I’d choose Labels over Poshmark any day—Labels brings in stylish, curated shoppers instead of random online browsers, and you don’t have to deal with shipping or lowball offers! Best experience I’ve ever had in six years of selling clothes—absolutely fantastic!

Love that athens has this unique consignment store with all sorts of styles! The employees are friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable—lots of deep discounts on designer items (I’ve gotten Madewell, Alice + Olivia, and Free People stuff NWT for $5 each). Selling is easy and the payout is fair—I’ve made way more cash here than Plato’s or Uptown. Grab your friends and go shopping here sometime ☺️

It always hurts when I try to go shopping with my toddler and the people working the shop treat you with disdain. I struggled to get my stroller up the steps because I didn’t know there was a back entrance and there is no sign saying there is. A worker literally watched me fumble up the steps and didn’t open the door or say hello. Same treatment from the cashier. Don’t bother swinging through here if you expect customer service or just neighborliness.

I am not a shopper and am clueless and uninterested in fashion so was at a total loss looking for a homecoming dress for my daughter, not to mention I needed to stay within budget. The store associate at Labels Resale put me completely at ease though, directed me to dresses that would fit the size and occasion and of course the dress she handed us to try was the keeper for my daughter! It looks amazing on her, still had tags for $250 but we got it for $100 along with a cute pair of jeans reduced to $15.

**Edit: Immediately after I placed this review, I was contacted by an employee who patiently explained the systems error that caused the item to be relisted, and provided some context re: the challenges of keeping track of inventory across several stores. I really appreciated the intentionality of reaching out and taking time to chat over the phone, as well as their effort to rectify the error. As a result I’m revising my review and want to apologize to the staff for lashing out in my initial frustration. To the owners/managers, please give my kind regards to the employee who reached out to me. Twice, I placed an order online for an item through their online store (the same item), and twice the order was canceled and relisted. After the initial cancelation email, which did not state a reason, I wrote to their team and someone emailed back claiming that the order was canceled due to the item not being available anymore. An hour later, the item was relisted. I purchased the item again thinking it was a system error, and sent an email politely letting them know of the issue and expressing a hope that it wouldn’t happen again. A day later, they canceled the order again, and within the hour relisted the item. This company’s lack of transparency and lack of customer service is highly suspect, and if they choose to discriminate in who they sell to then I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The only reason why I am giving this location a 3 is because the manager was extremely nice and understanding. I called to complain today about the treatment her sales associate gave me, which was extremely rude (black short hair with eyeglasses).
