If you want a variety of outerwear selections, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, this is your place! The assortment of sunglasses, jackets, hats and shoes was amazing! Normally have to go to 3-5 different stores to get this selection!

I grow up in Athens and always visited this store when I came home from the military. My recent visit made me wonder. My husband and I were in the store looking at suits for an upcoming event. I saw some shoes that I really liked, so I tried to ask the gentleman about them but he was busy showing sunglasses, so the lady there tried to help me so she explained to me about the availability of sizes. I tried the shoe on and it fit. I went back and told the lady I wanted the shoes. She said she didn’t know where the particular shoe was kept so to ask me to wait in the gentleman to finish with the sunglass lady. I wondered around the store for at least 15 minutes before I decided to go to the pharmacy next door to pick up my husband’s medicine. I went back to Kum Fashion to the register and then lady informed me that he was still working with the sunglass lady. She tried to let him know I was back for the shoe but he looked up at me and continued to work with the sunglass lady. At this point I felt ignored. I know this customer was here before me but how much time would it take for you to step away while she was looking at herself in the mirror to grab the shoes for me. The other lady could have finished up with the sunglass lady! I can’t understand why I couldn’t be helped! I really liked the shoes but I hated the service. The shoes were called Georgia and cost about )$85. I guess the sunglasses cost more.

I’ve been coming to this store for over six years, and every visit has been nothing short of exceptional! The owner is incredibly friendly and impressively knowledgeable about all things sunglasses. A few years ago, I picked out a pair of Ray-Bans that I loved, but the owner kindly suggested a different pair that he thought would suit me better (plus they were cheaper). At first, I was hesitant because the shape was outside my comfort zone, but I gave them a try. I’m so glad I did—they turned out to be the best and most flattering sunglasses I’ve ever owned! Fast forward to today, when I needed a quick repair for a broken nose piece, the owner fixed them flawlessly in less than five minutes. This place truly goes above and beyond, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s the only spot I’ll ever go for sunglasses!

Dude was trying really hard to sell me after I started to leave. I didn't mind until I put on my existing prescription sunglasses to leave and he said "you look ridiculous in those" to try to sell me shades. Incredibly rude thing to say to a customer, comes off desperate and pushy.

Came a few days ago just browsing with a friend and just had to swing back by to purchase an awesome pair frames they had in stock! I have lived in Athens for nearly a year now and have never been in the store before the other day- it is definitely worth a visit! The workers are so friendly and helpful - especially the owner! Their selection of glasses/sunglasses is awesome and so is their shoe selection. They carry everything from vans to converse to doc martins and some cool vintage stuff as well :) Really unique shop with a great vibe - I will definitely be back!

Mr. Kum is a very calm talking gentleman with good taste of style for the days of age. If you cannot decide what style of glasses look best on yourself? It's ok, he knows style and what looks best! Has clothes and shoes too of many unique styles!

I've been going to Kums for decades now, and always get great service and prices. Seriously the best selection of shoes in Athens if you like Converse, Puma, Asics, Doc Martens, or even dress shoes. Came in looking for Onitsuka Tigers today, and left very happy. Between the shoes, clothes, and sunglasses you'll always leave looking better than you arrived.
