It is a few weeks old so it is perfect right now. There's even a decent space for coffee with friends at their inner Starbucks with a huge flower section! Lots of electrodomestics appliances too, clothes, make-up, pharmacy, large baby section, etc. It feels like a cleaner Kroeger-North Athens.

What a beautiful new store!! The employees are all so nice and helpful. It is so big I had a hard time finding things, but there was always an employee near by and ready to help. While they have a great amount of self check outs, I still enjoy going to the cashiers. I would love to recognize Kelly at checkout! She was so sweet and I had a wonderful conversation with her. She helped bag my groceries, made my kiddos happy while I was trying to pay, and helped me load the bags into my cart. Kelly was the cherry on top to a great first experience!

I had the best experience at Kroger today thanks to Alexis at the self-checkout. She went above and beyond by bagging and loading all of my groceries, and even made sure I received my free chocolate milk coupon from the promotion. Her positive attitude and helpfulness stood out and truly made my shopping trip enjoyable. I wish more people were like her—Kroger is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

I will change this rating to five stars when you put in a cart return on the side next to the hibachi restaurant- it is a mess on the side and if people had a designated place to put their carts it wouldn't be so scattered around here. Some people do take it up to where the bicycle bar is but I don't think that's where it's supposed to go; maybe you could just rope off one of the empty parking spaces preferably next to the curb, , , and put up a small sign

If you need clothes or electronics, this is the Kroger store for you! If you’re an easy target for impulse purchases, you’re just the kind of customer for this Kroger! (Leave your mobile device in the car, Big Brother Kroger definitely has his eyes on you…)

Massive Kroger with amazing staff and a huge selection of items. Great prices, tons of aisles, and overall a much better experience than the old Kroger. Super clean and well-organized too!

I waited forever for this store to open. The first couple of weeks, it was great. I am back to Publix now. Some of the people who work there are great and some, not so much. Most of the time we have to ring up and bag our own order while four teenage boys hang around doing nothing but talking to each other. There is no help carrying out groceries. I am disappointed.

My husband and I went here yesterday just to pick up a few items. The store is huge, so we asked two employees where to find a particular item. one tried looking it up, and couldn't find it on his search on his phone. The other didn't know. The problem withe these mega stores is that if you don't know exactly where to go, you can spend an additional 20 minutes looking for 2 out of the initial 3 items you went to purchase. Otherwise, the store was very clean, and the cashier at the self checkout was extremely helpful and friendly when the computer glitched. I wish I had looked at her name tag. She really understood and provided great customer service.

I absolutely despise the new location—there’s more walking but fewer grocery options compared to the old store. The harsh lights and constant humming from the fans are nauseating. At self-checkout, I was treated like a criminal just for having two separate transactions. To make it worse, my cart locked up at the exit and set off the anti-theft alarm that blared through the entire store, even though an employee had already stopped me because the system couldn’t handle multiple transactions. I will not be returning.

This new store is a huge upgrade compared to the old one I love it ! Everything is so clean. They even have an huge dining area by Starbucks! All the employees are so nice especially that one lady at the deli I couldn’t catch her name I wish I could shout her out!! These 3 wonderful beautiful and sweet young lady’s Beyoncé, Ana, and Daisy helped me bag my items, even made me crack a laugh!! I’ve never been to place where I felt so welcomed and actually had a conversation with the cashiers.
