Kroger is always great. I bought some fresh veggies and meat which I wanted to cook for dinner. The store was large, clean and organized. WiFi was provided. However, the UGA dog looked not nice with an angry face at the entrance.

Chris Taylor is a great leader! After speaking with the employees, I found out that they genuinely enjoy working for him. I've been shopping at this Kroger store for a few weeks now, and I'm impressed by how efficiently it operates compared to other stores in Braselton, Flowery Branch, and even Oakwood! I frequent this store now tha im living just minutes away. Tonight I ran in real quick to get my dogs food, left dog in truck with ac going but shes smart and stepped on windows button to get out and tried following me in store according to witnesses that then saw a couple leave with her seconds before I came out the store. Frantic, I went inside to customer service asking for help and everyone was unconcerned, offered no video footage, wouldn't even print off a flyer with her Pic I'd made up on my phone, it woulda took literally 2 minutes of their time to do. But everybody was too busy with their face buried in their phones to be bothered. Even as I sat outside handwriting flyers with my number and dogs info, crying so that a little girl brought over $5 thinking I was homeless and there begging for money as I sat outside the doors with the paper markers and tape I'd bought when FedEx wasnt open by time I got there to print from my phone...so I came back and made handwritten posters as these teenagers and young "adults"in Kroger uniform guarded the doors as store closed just stayed there, for like 30 minutes, with their face buried in their phones...yet as i adked they were too busy to print the flyer with my dogs pic on it though...and yes management has a printer upstairs. They wouldnt even ask the manager for me. CUSTOMERS HELPED ME AND CARED MORE THAN PEOPLE PAID TO BE THERE AND HELP PEOPLE...a child gave me $5 as I was so distraught I sat down making signs for my dog she assumed I was asking for money...so im putting that $5 with the reward money offered for my dogs safe return...God, PLEASE... She's a friendly brownish red 27lb mix breed. Ppl often assume shes like a lab/ bird dog puppy but shes actually grown atc4yrs old and fixed after her 1 litter. Her puppy whambo is 2yrs old and is lost without her as am I. I left my flyers all over the storefront and will b back in the morning with better ones with her Pic once FedEx opens. If you have any info about my dog, theres a cash reward for her safe return and I left my info at service desk as well as on those fliers . Expensive and they mislabeled products. I had to let the meat department know that roughly a third of their products were saying April expiration instead of march. That's dangerous, that product says it has some month left but really goes bad today.

I was in kroger the other day & got to meet the new manager. I would say had the pleasure of meeting but he has the most evil meanest look on his face. He doesn't smile for nothing. Just looks at you with a irritated look. I spoke with wendy marbut ( I believe that's her last name) & she's a very pleasurable person. She smiles, & knows the store like no other. With employees like that is why I visit that store but the new manager is making me have second thoughts about that

This store is always cluttered. And today I went to the deli counter at 11:45 AM to order a veggie sub. The woman behind the counter said she couldn't help me that they were still "prepping", 15 minutes before noon! I told her I just wanted a veggie sub and I could see all the veggies in the bins. But she still refused. So, cluttered dirty store and lousy service.

Shopping here is convenient. They have a great selection of everything throughout the store. Produce department, bakery (with doughnut case), meat department, and deli all seemed to have an abundance of great looking food as well. The employees are all quite helpful. They have a Kroger app to make your shopping experience easier which features weekly ads and digital coupons.
