I accidentally missed my appointment, due to working over nights, and waiting 4 weeks for the date of my appointment. They called me three days prior to leave a reminder. Said nothing about if you missed your appointment, due to their "strict" rules they will not reschedule you. If that were the case I think they would remind someone and hour before, not 3 days. Called same day (about 3 hours later when I realized the date) to see if I can reschedule or be fit in. And the refused to see me. All I'm saying is, set your own reminder or have a back up plan, because they will not help you and do not care what type of situation you're in.

The office is a disaster. Appointments are a huge waste of time. Don't come unless you're willing to waste two hours of your time for a 5-minute visit. They clearly overbook and have zero consideration for the patient's time.
