I had a 5 star visit yesterday at KS because of Lavasia. My boyfriend and I had just broken up and I went into the store to exchange a necklace my mom had gotten me for my birthday. When I went in Lavasia helped me and I told her I wanted to make a necklace from the color bar. I was visibly crying when I walked in and I apologized to her and explained what had happened. In addition to making the necklace I also wanted to make a ring as a symbol of a new chapter. When I was done making them both she handed me the ring and said this is from us. I hope it makes your day a little better! I then started crying again because her thoughtfulness meant so much to me! I have always loved Kendra Scott as a company and have so many of your pieces, but after this experience I will always be a loyal customer! Lavasia's attention to customer service brought a much needed ray of sunshine to my sad day.
