When we bought the clothes for our son and asked about returns- they responded it would not be a problem. They even took the time to set up an account to make the return easier, they said. They never mentioned that items that were marked down would not be eligible for a return (only for in store credit) until we came back to return the items because our son did not want them. When I responded that they never mentioned it during the initial transaction when I specifically asked about returns and their only response was setting up an account for an easier refund transaction. They responded it is stated on the receipt and is normal store policy. We are from CA and this made a lasting negative impression on our UGA stay. Please be transparent from the beginning .

I was looking for a specific style of jeans that they have on their website. Not taking any chances to order them without first confirming the product's availability, I emailed them and they responded in a few minutes to check. Now that's customer service!!! They attended to my inquiry and placed my order. My jeans arrived safely without any damage. I'll keep this store in mind as I may order from them in the future!!!

Only thing better than their merchandise is their customer service. Each employee pays terrific attention to detail and works hard to make sure my visits are always efficient. I haven’t found another men’s clothing store in Athens that comes close to Kempt. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Love the Rhythm shirts, tees and button downs and I’ve bought about every pair of Seager pants they sell. Go check em out! As far as improvement goes, the only recommendation I have is that I would love it if they carried some Mollusk and/or Jungmaven, Buck Mason goods.

Great store with fantastically sourced clothes. Whenever I’m in from New York City my first stop is always at Kempt. Obviously we have lots of places to shop in New York City but the styles here are great and different. Well priced too! It’s a worthwhile stop for sure. Highly recommended.

I usually don’t write reviews unless the place is off the charts amazing or more of a beware notice for people. This clothing store has so many trendy and classic pieces for men!!! I bought my husband a few shirts and he absolutely loved them. He is super picky with this clothing so I was relieved lol. But honestly even the owner was super helpful and gave me a lot of suggestions. Def recommend this little gem!
