My 2 times coming to this location looking for wedding bands hasn’t been ideal. Today I came in looking for a specific ring. I had 2 rings pulled up on my phone from the Kay website. The associate looked at my phone and said yes we have those. After trying them I decided on one, at checkout it was way more expensive than online. Turns out the associate just happened to pull the wrong ring even though I provided the skew number and all info to show me the correct one. I was not going to purchase the ring because it was like 2k difference in price. She offered no explanation or apology and acted as if it was an inconvenience to her that we didn’t want to just purchase the more expensive ring. She did seem to find the correct ring once we were not happy though…if she would have just taken accountability and apologized I might have still purchased in store with her but since that behavior happened I just said we will do this another day and calmly left. She gave no parting words or anything. I would rather just purchase online than deal with that again.

We stopped by to have our wedding bands cleaned and get the rodium plating touched up and the employees were AMAZING. They helped us with everything and answered all of our questions. Sierra was super sweet and helpful and cleaned my ring beautifully. Zac was also awesome and very helpful. We'll definitely be back! I highly recommend this Kays!
