Kathryn Ashley McKinney is a awesome Gyn in Athens Ga. Everyone at this location is the best ever. She has always been very professional, very knowledgeable. I suffer from endometriosis and I was placed on a wonderful medication. All my pain, and period is gone. She goes beyond to help you. Her staff is just as caring as she is. You can only get your own opinion from visiting her yourself. I use to have Dr. Ruby Chevves before she retired and Dr. McKinney stepped up and took her place. She reminds me so much of Dr. Chevves. So try Dr. MCKINNEY AND DRAW YOUR OWN OPINION. I couldn't be happier with her. Thank you. P.s . Ms Tiffany you complained even at the Athens Heart Dr, maybe your the problem. And as far as the bile duct issue that was for a Gastrointestinal Dr specialty not for a gyn Dr. And you've complained about these 2 Dr's, maybe it's best for you to go to zoo for treatment. Just saying.

I cannot stress this enough. Do not be fooled by her friendly attitude. You need an OBGYN that knows what they are doing, not someone who is just nice!! I let her friendliness sway me from my own intuition. I suffered from cholestasis of pregnancy at the hands of this so-called OBGYN. I went to her weeks before complaining of symptoms, and she checked nothing! She just said it was normal for pregnancy. I WINDED UP IN THE ER WITH MY WHOLE BODY BRIGHT RED BECAUSE MY LIVER WAS LEAKING BILE IN MY SKIN AND BODY!! AND IT COULD'VE CAUSED MY BABY TO BE A STILLBORN!!! AND THEN, AFTER I WENT BACK TO HER, SHE ACTED SHOCKED BUT GAVE ME MEDICATION FOR IT, AND THEN, AFTER I HAD MY CHILD, SHE LEFT HUGE SLITS CUT OPEN IN MY LABIA AND DID NOT PUT ANY STITCHES IN TO FIX IT!! I WENT BACK TO HER OFFICE NOT LONG AFTER I HAD MY BABY AND SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN’T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT, BUT I REMEMBER IN THE DELIVERY ROOM HER SAYING SHE WANTED TO GET BACK TO HER LUNCH, AND I GUESS THATS WHY SHE DIDNT FIX IT! I went to 4 plastic surgeons that have all said the same thing that she should have fixed the slits in my labia at the time it happened but since she didn't it's unrepairable and now I have to live with pain and a lifelong injury due to her negligence! I hate this woman because she ruined my ability to have anymore children and ruined my sex life with my husband.
