We LOVE this office. The whole team is amazing but Crystal at the front desk is the absolutely best. Every time we look forward to going to see Crystal’s smiling face and friendly spirit. She is always willing to go the extra mile and helps us with any issues. We recently changed from Georgia Kaiser to Oregon Kaiser due to a job change but we live in Georgia. We called multiple people at Kaiser to help merge our old and new records and they could not solve the issue. Crystal had it solved within an hour. One of the main reasons we wanted to keep Kaiser insurance is because we love Crystal and our doctors. We are so thankful for Crystal, Dr. Addington, and Dr. Grizzle for the care we receive at this office.

A great experience from start to finish! Crystal welcomes you with a warm personality and smile. Never have to wait more than a few minutes. Nurse staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Shout out to Ms. Crystal for the best employee of the year! On this days no one has a 'word'. It's really hard to trust on people. Especially with Kaiser employee over the phone, most of the time they don't help out. However, after reading so many positive reviews from the receptionist, I decided to give it a chance, also, after going to Lawrenceville and Duluth locations first. I've been with Kaiser since 2016, and I'm been going to Lawrenceville, Duluth and Tucker locations since then. Athens is the only location where a receptionist is professional, willing to help out, and have 'word'- Ms.Crystal told me by Monday you will have it ready and she made it possible! Which other locations didn't even bother, no hopes to get it done soon. I left those location hopeless! Ms. Crystal- you deserve a raise!

She went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed and was taken care of quickly. Her kindness, efficiency, and professionalism made my visit smooth and stress-free. Crystal is GOD SENT. She went above and beyond to assist me. The office was about to close and I never once felt like she wanted to get me out of there. She even introduced me to the MFA program and now I am excited for much needed financial relief. I’ve been in and out of medical facilities for weeks, but the first time I smiled leaving one was today. I also met Don who was very willing to help me as I was on a time crunch to get some images in. Kaiser Athens is incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.

I had KP for a short time but I had an annual checkup and needed two prescriptions filled. Got one but not the second. I'm no longer with KP and reached out requesting either an update or contact from Dr. Grizzle. I tried two different times and waited a week before trying again. I would have fine with a "we can't help you" but I got ghosted. Gave two starts because pharmacy and pricing was good.
