I visited today for the advertised ‘Gigantic Sale’ but had one of the most negative experiences in my life. A woman behind the desk, whom I’d never seen before today, followed and harassed me while I shopped. As a Black customer, it felt abut racially motivated especially since previous staff were always friendly. When I confronted her, she admitted that she was stalking and following me and claimed it was because she thought I was a competitor checking prices since I glanced at my phone. The experience was uncomfortable and gross. If I could I’d give it 0 stars
