Recently had a frustrating situation that the Doctor and team handled gracefully and with kindness. My boys are both patients here and the medical staff are kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and do a great job getting to the root of the issue. I appreciate them working through the issue we had and doing so with grace. I appreciate, even more, that the medical team is thorough and made my boys feel comfortable. I was seen by Melissa Cannon, P.A. at Dr. Chastain's office. The staff was very quick to help me upon arrival, giving me new patient paperwork and checking on my insurance immediately. The reception area was very welcoming and cozy. I was taken back very quickly and was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the office. I was seen by Melissa within 3 minutes of being in the back. She quickly addressed my concerns for which I scheduled the appointment. She explained the condition and treatment thoroughly and in a way anyone could understand. I would have forgotten to ask about a few things if it had not been for her asking if I had any other concerns that the appointment was not made for... I really appreciated her asking. I am happy to report that all of the treatments she prescribed have worked perfectly.

Dr Chasten and her staff are great! I travel over an hour and a half to see her, and have done so for many years. I can't even count how many times she has saved me from myself. Working outdoors takes its toll on a body. She is a brilliant Doctor who never belittles me or makes me feel uncomfortable. Her staff are always polite and professional as well. In my book, she's the best! Thank You Dr Chastain!

Omg! I can’t ever recall going to a doctor appointment and feeling like you’ve known the people there all your life! Dr Chastain and Heather are amazing! They are both animal lovers, just as I am. They never made me feel like they were in a hurry and solved all the problems that I went there for. I was so impressed, that before I left, I scheduled an appointment for my husband. He had previously been seeing another dermatologist in Athens. I actually received a “thank you” card for choosing there practice. These folks are amazing! I honestly have never experienced anything like this before!!!
