They have always seemed friendly and desiring to please to me. The wash is good especially if you use it regularly. When we took in the Suburban the back did not get clean and they were happy to run it through again plus do some extra scrub work with the hand brush. They have great stalls for you to vacuum, wash windows and wipe whatever you like. It’s all included. The prices are reasonable.

It's pretty much like the other ones. Since something as simple as a two minute wash has turned into 20 bucks and a "spa" experience, you have to question the the wisdom of not doing it yourself. On the positive side, they have vacuums and cleaning cloths and cleaners to complete your, spa experience. My car looks great and I would do it again.

I honestly haven’t had any issues when coming to this location. I was very happy to be back after a major disappointment with a different car wash where I signed up for a discounted unlimited membership of frustration (I left a review for that one also) All I want is a clean car when going through the car wash. A. totally. clean. car. PERIOD! I was all smiles when inspecting my car in the vacuum area. Clean! Including the brake dust covered rims! And this is after being too disgruntled for a few weeks to even go use the end of the other cancelled membership to get my car washed. The grime was built up and my car came out totally clean the one time! I was happy not having to do extra cleaning after getting home. It feels good to have a clean car parked out front shining in the little sunshine that we are getting between all the rain. I have never been disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I will definitely be getting an unlimited wash membership on the next trip.

Not sure the managers name but he's always wearing a red shirt and a hat. He is AMAZING everytime I see him he's on the move, emptying trash, greeting people, unclogging vaccuums. Everything is always perfect at this car wash rags are always stocked, I have NEVER had to wait to get loaded into the tunnel, and the vaccuums are NEVER clogged. Truly one of my comfort spots. Give that manager a raise !!!!

The general manager, Michelle was so rude to me. I run my truck through this car wash every week and just because she was extra busy. She did not want to accommodate my service and I told her there was still soap on my car. She told me she did not care, she is very rude

I have been a loyal customer to this location since it was built. Jet Express has always been in positive dialogue with my family because of the convenience to our home and the fact three of my kids have worked there in the past. Unfortunately, today things changed. I took my vehicle there to be washed as I always do and when it came out of the wash, and I went to wipe it down, I noticed that molding and a piece of chrome were damaged on my vehicle. I reported it to one of the attendants and she notified me that she would get her manager. Shortly there after Michelle came out and began to get my information. She immediately went on the defense as if my car had problems prior to entering the washbay. Michelle told me that my car probably had loose molding before I went into the washbay. I let her know that I use the car wash numerous times throughout the month and I’ve never had a problem and the only thing I wanted was my car to be repaired. Michelle then wanted to show me a sign that said if a car is over five years years old that they’re not responsible for any physical damage that occurs. I told Michelle that I would sue if I had to have my car fixed, and she immediately raised her voice at me and wanted to know why I was so rude to her. Being the person I am, I tried to de-escalate the situation as quickly and as best as I could. Michelle assured me that she would look at the video as soon as she could and within the hour and call me back. It’s been several hours and I haven’t received a call back. I hope that you read this review Mr. Rick. My family and I frequent this location often and do many of our friends. I just want my car repaired.

Didn't wish the car outside very well tires weren't shined with the premium service as it said it would (or even clean). very weak vacuums but the mat cleaner machine did do an OK job. overall would go somewhere else

My car looked absolutely beautiful after going thru the wash there! Great job to the wonderful employees for helping to make our experience a pleasant one. Will definitely be going back when my little car needs a good bath, especially after that thick Georgia pollen starts hitting us again!
