We came here with my wife and tried delicious ice cream here, I can say that the ice cream was definitely the most delicious ice cream we've eaten in the Athens. They were all amazing. The staff was very friendly and kind too. Thank you

I've been getting Jeni's for years now, since they had a location at Krog Street. I love their icecreams-- especially the Opaque and Double Cookie Dough flavors. The parking lot in the Athens store is tiny, and you probably will never get parking. I also wish they had milkshakes.

Great flavors and plenty of options. For my vegan people out there. The business has two non-dairy ice cream flavors available to be scooped and more non-dairy flavors in pint size available in the fridge. Service is amazing, the employees take their time answering questions and help you make the right ice cream choice with plenty of samples. Plenty of seating outside in the back and on the side. This place is definitely becoming a staple for the Athens area.

In search of the best ice cream, yesterday my travels took me to this little nostalgic looking shop tucked in between a couple buildings in Athens, GA. I absolutely loved the curb appeal and felt quite inviting. It takes you back in time a bit (great job)! The shop was very clean and vibrant. The girl behind the counter (Blake) was very courteous and quite knowledgeable about the flavors and how they pair with one another. You can tell that they use a higher quality of ingredients than just a normal ice cream shop. On to the flavors; The Brambleberry Crisp is a must try for everyone (I thought it captured the flavors well). With the recommendation from Blake I paired it with the Salted Peanut Butter (which if you love peanut butter like I do, you should try it). The Brown Butter Almond Brittle had a great flavor, but I thought it was a little too sweet. Coffee with Cream and Sugar took me to a cup of Joe in the morning. I tried every flavor in the case. Now on to why I have given 4.2 stars. (The .2 is because Blake and her knowledge of the product that she is selling). The sweetness of some of the flavors were a little over powering. My main reason is the price vs portion. I do not mind paying for a great product, but the portion should match. The waffle cone was smaller than most shops and the portion in the cone was less. My opinion is to increase the size to match the price and you will continue to grow your brand. Keep serving America’s greatest treat!!!

Normally love this place but got horrible service tonight. Not sure the name of the individual with the bad attitude but she should not work at an establishment as nice/exciting as Jeni’s. At the minimum needs extensive training in handle customers. When you’re out of something or a policy has changed, kindness in your voice and a positive attitude goes a long way to your customer. Not a rude, uncaring response. And it wasn’t even busy! This is so out of the norm for Jeni’s I hope this is fixed soon.

Was very good, the staff was warm and personable while giving great recommendations as well as samples. Pricing is in line with what you expect. Toppings are minimal but the ice cream was fresh and delicious

Variety of flavors and combinations. I had two scopes, the PB flavor with chocolate flakes and bramberry crisp. Both were solid and the contrast between the two was good. Great customer service and a cute little establishment. The only issue is parking. The lot is small and some of the spots were coned off for employee parking, which made sense, but made a parking lot with minimal spots even smaller.

Shoutout to Jace (or Jase) at the Five Points Jeni’s. He has extraordinary customer service and is very kind. You rock, dude! Also the ice cream is delish of course. Love that they have odd flavors. I specifically came for the limited CJ Hendry collab called Opaque, and it did not disappoint!

My family absolutely loves Jenni's icecream!! We have been to this location numerous amounts of times and we will purchase there icecream in stores every now and then aswell. Usually the workers are kind and seem like they enjoy their job but last night we visited around 9:15 and they lady at the register was somewhat passive aggressive and not as kind as the employees who scooped our icecream. 😕 But nevertheless we will continue coming to Jenni's because we love their icecream and the atmosphere.
