Dr. Martin has taken care of my 2 children and myself for over a decade now. She is patient, thoughtful and thorough. Additionally, her staff has remained consistent for years! They are professional in their interaction which makes a HUGE impact and also speaks to their satisfaction with their practice. They do a great job working in sick visits and responding to calls as well. Would recommend she or the other Dr. Martin to anyone.

Dr. Jeanne-Marie is so sweet and patient. She’s very personable and easy to talk to. I’m a first time mom and my mom passed away so I’m always asking a ton of questions that are probably super obvious. Dr. Martin never makes me feel annoying or weird, she’s very calm and reassuring. I’m so happy with our choice of pediatrician.

Doctor on call for my regular PCP. Could hear her sigh loudly as I attempted to give her a concise, accurate and educated of events. She was condescending and impatient since she did not consider my call worth her time. She also criticized a medication given me by the ER and said “ERs love to give steroids and it probably wasn’t even necessary”. I explained that the consultant physician had ordered the steroid not the ER physician. Altogether unpleasant experience for me to talk to this person.
