HPRC specialists are very professional and offer an ad-hoc therapy that can be adjusted to mert patience needs. They conducted a very comprehensive assessment of my teenage boy who got a swimming injury and they have manage to improve my sons strength and flexibility. They have been very attentive and work pretty well with our Anthem insurance. I definitively recommend them!

Awesome one-stop physical therapy experience! I gained so much knowledge to help me manage severe back pain and sciatica nerve pain. I’m confident with self-care because of the patient instruction I received. From the receptionist to the therapist you will be pleased with the highly professional experience at this practice. I have scoliosis and I travel from South Carolina every 3 months to see Hank, Ken, and John. These three PT's at Dynamics Physical Therapy are the best in the country. They each participate in my treatment and in developing exercises that is best for me. It's worth the 6 hour trip to work with professionals who are the very best-- and I feel great!

Personal cheer: Orthopedic surgeon said to expect 9 months before hiking & biking. After 5 months of physical therapy with Hank & John, I had my hiking boots back on the Appalachian Trail. Atara at the front desk is very helpful & caring. She goes out of her way to help with scheduling and to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Jared is the BEST physical therapist I have EVER been assigned to work with. He taught me stretches and exercises that removed my pain in the first visit (after years of suffering). He doesn’t prescribe to any one size fits all patients. He studies the symptoms and designs treatments that are tailored for that individual. He has helped me tremendously and given me confidence in doing the exercises at home too.

PT was prescribed for me post surgery….I began calling around……waits of over a month…..no real offer of help…….and then I dialed HPRC…..I was impressed from the first contact with the receptionist. She was sweet, patient and accommodating, fitting me in within days. The facility is clean and calm, and both therapists (Jared who did my consult and saw me most often and John) attentive, kind and thorough……you never feel rushed. I’ve been to other PT facilities and I rarely heard laughter - but at HPRC smiles and compassion are part of the healing process, not a rare event.

The receptionist, Pam, is fabulous. She is kind, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. She represents the physical therapists, too. I have found them all to be thoughtful in their work adjusting the program as the patient needs change. Due to my multiple issues I have had the opportunity to work with each of them. They, too, are kind, gentle, and caring. I’ve made excellent progress while in their care. I highly recommend HPRC.

Dynamics Physical Therapy (previously know as Spine Dynamics) is the most effective physical Therapy group in Athens and beyond. Ken Copes and Hank Wright, along with their assistant, John provide scientifically-based therapies tailored to your specific injuries. They take the time to test your motion in all related joints and limbs and ask for your feedback in terms of pain-level and motion range. They ask about your daily physical activities and how your injuries may be affecting these activities. Ken has treated me for lower back pain and I have now been pain-free for several years after suffering for more than 45 years. I even managed to trek to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro 5 years ago! I continue at home with my daily exercise routine that Ken and Hank developed specifically for me. Hank has recently been treating me for shoulder pain brought on by over excessive weight training and tennis playing. I am now back on the tennis courts and playing better than ever at the age of 74! Again, Hank's specifically tailored exercises have strengthened my shoulder and reduced the pain to almost zero. I continue with the exercises at home 2 or 3 times a week but no longer need to see Hank (I graduated!). As well as being effective therapists they are great people and I count them as my friends. The front office staff are also very friendly and helpful (especially Pam).

The entire team at Dynamics Physical Therapy are phenomenal. I highly recommend them for any PT need. As a competitive runner, the staff supported my desire to decrease my lower back pain while managing my need to remain competitive in multiple racing series in Georgia. I've been visiting Dynamics Physical Therapy for multiple years and have worked Ken, Hank and John. The team is top-notch! As I relocate out of state, I can only hope to find a similar company half as good.

I have been working with Dynamics for 5 1/2 months, after having both Knees replaced within 3 months of each other. I cannot sat enough about Hank, John ,Matt, and Pam. Their treatment was outstanding, and they made Me feel very comfortable in so many ways; not the least of which was the friendships we created. Their facilities make for a very relaxed atmosphere, as you go through the process of rehabilitating your body. I highly recommend Dynamics for anyone needing Physical Therapy. They are simply the best.
