Service Advisor Alex took my car in for an oil change 3 weeks ago. After the change, he called telling me my engine filter needed to be changed and my battery was bad. I said yes to the filter but no to the battery (at $500). He said a video had been taken and would be coming through shortly to my phone...it never came through. He then called me again to say my front passenger side tire had a nail in it and that it could be patched for $40. The tires are OEM/the factory tires from when I drove the car off the lot in 2020. I don't know one mechanic that would recommend patching a tire that is 5+ years old and has almost 50,000 miles on it. When I went to pick up the car a different Advisor checked me out. I asked him if there was anything in the paperwork about a nail in the front tire, and sure enough there was no note. There was however, a note saying that a video had been sent to me even though it never arrived and on the inspection diagram it noted that my battery was bad. I just got back from a local shop where I got my battery tested, only for the mechanic to show me on his handheld that the battery was perfectly fine. The vehicle is out of the full warranty period and they clearly were planning to capitalize on that. This is the 5th vehicle in my family from the Phil Hughes dealership chain and we'll be taking this experience into consideration when we look for a new vehicle at his locations.

Wish I could rate this dealership 10 plus stars!!! Best experience we’ve ever had!! Zero pressure to purchase a vehicle, greeted with genuine kindness from the initial phone call to the last signature needed to purchase our Crosstrek! They even delivered the vehicle to us! The people who work here and the auto dealers here are really easy going. They were very straightforward and clear. They didn’t pressure me and were very respectful which is very important to me as a woman. Accepted my offer. Buying a car was so much easier than I thought it would be. Also I really appreciate how they did not badger me with calls and texts after I expressed interest. Their follow up process was very reasonable and not at all overwhelming like other auto dealers in town. I’m very thankful and I love my car!

Absolutely phenomenal experience purchasing my Subaru here! I worked with Kelly Wells and she made the process so seamless and stress free. She had a lot of patience with me and worked with my wants and needs in a vehicle while also considering my budget. I also showed up to the dealership a little later in the day and ended up keeping a couple of team members late, but not once did anyone ever make me feel like I inconvenienced them. I’ve never had such a fun experience buying a car before, it’s usually such a time consuming and hard thing to do. Not with Kelly though, I genuinely laughed and enjoyed our conversations on top of getting a great vehicle. Extremely knowledgeable staff in general. You don’t feel like you’re at a car dealership here, you feel like you’re hanging out with super cool people and get to drive home in a new vehicle. Highly recommend buying a car from here!!!! There was no high pressure sales. Garret was great to work with and explained everything about the vehicle with patients unlike some other sales people we say. They matched another offer we received from another different dealer (which there was no way I was going to buy from that dealer anyway). The whole experience was very easy, and actually the other sales people were even helping out during the process. Would highly recommend going here.
