This place had us at the stream lined classy move in experience! They were so organized, had giveaways, and great food all day! The Hub is new, super clean, beautiful, top notch amenities, awesome management and staff! Love the communication and all of the events they do for the residents. My daughter walks everywhere, even to the games! Highly recommend! We already renewed for a second year! A+++ property!

I had an amazing experience touring the Hub. David gave us a tour and was friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. He took the time to walk us through the property, highlight all the amenities, and explain the leasing process in-depth. The tour was thorough, and his explanations really helped us when evaluating different options.

David has been awesome to work with! Every time I’ve needed help with something, he’s been quick to respond and always goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of. You can tell he really cares about the residents and takes pride in his job. He’s professional, friendly, and easy to talk to — which makes a big difference. It’s rare to find someone who’s that consistent and dependable. Thanks to David, my experience at Hub Athens has been nothing but positive. Would definitely recommend reaching out to him if you ever need anything!

I am a current resident and I love it here! The staff is incredibly helpful, especially Gefen who has helped me out quite a few times over the past few months with questions about package deliveries and parking. The Hub is definitely unmatched in the customer service department!

My son lives here and he loves it. It’s a luxury apartment that I’ve never imagined could be something accessible for college students. It’s definitely a great apartment that is so close to my campus so he doesn’t even need his car on campus. The apartment is brand new with no prior tenants so his apartment is lovely and has no issues. He loves the Hub so much he was even able to get a job working for the leasing and management team. The staff are absolutely fantastic and know so much about this property and you’re getting your moneys worth living at Hub Athens. If you’re looking to stay close to campus and downtown, live at Hub, it’s the nicest, newest, and perfect place to live if you go to UGA.

I have lived at The Hub for a few months now. I’d assume since it’s new, they would be on top of their game. Sadly, this is not the case. Many things here are cheaply manufactured. Door handles fall off and the amenities aren’t working 25% of the time. The base-boards of the walls have a large gap at the bottom which led to an ant problem the first few weeks of moving in. An image of this gap is attached. Also, the package system is confusing. The majority of the time it takes two days for them to put in the package and when you do get the notification, the package is rarely in the right spot. They have lost two of my packages. For weeks, my personal apartment’s smoke detectors go off without warrant. These are in no way connected to the building wide alarms and only reside with in my apartment. There have been at least 10 times these smoke detectors have gone off, half of them being in the middle of the night. The last thing I want to do is wake up to blasting sound and strobe lights the night before an ochem exam. My roommates and I submitted a work request and a few days later a few electricians came and “fixed” the issue. They did not. We continue to wake up to these alarms scared. There have also been a multitude of false building-wide fire alarms causing confusion and worry. As residents, we have no idea what is going on because the staff fail to communicate anything. In addition, there is an apartment wide GroupMe made by the staff to aid in communication. This GroupMe is not an official Hub GroupMe, but for all intents and purposes, it is treated as one. A large majority of the residents are in it making it one of the primary forms of communication. They are extremely strict in the chat. Multiple individuals were banned without warning due to conversing within the chat or other minor inconveniences. The staff responded with condescending and immature comments such as “touch grass.” Now, whenever I reach out the the staff, I am met with silence. Although some residents may not be respectful in the chat, the staff should still react and respond maturely. If you are considering living in the hub, take these things into account. The only benefit I see of paying 1K for a 5 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms is the convenient walk to campus.

This is my first apartment and I love it here (Riley was a great tour guide)!! Great amenities (plus lots of study rooms) and the staff (specifically David) are very kind, accommodating, and punctual! The location is ideal because it is 5-10 min walk to UGA’s campus & downtown.

The staff was lovely when I signed!! Emma Kramer was so so sweet and really got to know me. Shannon and Jenna were so knowledgeable and informative. Super kind and really cared about me, not just business transaction. I really enjoyed my time, signed in office and it was so easy. Can’t wait to move in :)
