Shout out to these guys for being so helpful! I needed a hard-to-find starter, and although they could order it and have it in a week+, I mentioned that I needed it sooner. They offered me the part number so I could continue looking for it elsewhere. 2 of their competitors would not give the #... Great customer service and I'll be back for anything they have in stock.

They lack integrity and skill. Parts purchased were not assembled properly. More importantly, I got the run-around from the staff and manager on making it right. I simply do not trust Howard Brothers and will shop elsewhere next time.

Sad sad customer service…. But paid alot for a repair and had to replace one of the same parts within 1.5 months of repair. Have heard that many others are disappointed as well. So , we have found another repair shop.

Fernando was great! I have an old blower where the pull chord spring became undone. A replacement was out of stock but he took the time to reinstall it himself (which was tough)!! When this blower permanently gives out I’ll definitely go there to get a new one. Thanks again Fernando!!

I own a lawn service. My old mower was well used and it got to the point where it couldn’t be relied upon. Recently it broke down bad and I still had 13 lawns to mow to finish the week. I urgently needed a new mower and Howard Brother’s was great to work with. I liked how they had a wide selection of zero turns. Most dealers only have 2-5 but this place had close to 20 on the floor. All together it took about an hour and a half to pick a mower and get financing set up. That evening I was back on the job. All together I’m happy with the service here. The staff is very knowledgeable of what they have and all of my questions were answered. I ended up with an exmark mower and the price was more than fair. I’ll be coming back in the future!

I have been shopping Howard Brothers since they opened and prior to them opening I shopped at Riverside with Roger Sullivan. They certainly have a nice store and great selection of items to choose from. My son in law took my Dixie Chopper to Howard Brothers Athens this morning and was told they no longer work on Dixie Choppers because they couldn’t get parts anymore. I’m calling BS. I got on line and can buy parts needed from Amazon. Will not be shopping there anymore.

my lawnmower recently stopped running, so I called in recently to ask how much it would cost to diagnose/repair - the gentleman on the phone told me they were 2-3 weeks behind. Before I could hang up, he went out of his way to ask me what was going on, and he helped me quickly diagnose the problem over the phone - turns out, all I needed was a new spark plug, which I easily replaced myself. What great people. Even though I haven't yet had to use their service, I will definitely support this business in the future when I get the chance!

Great honest business. Went in to buy a new Stihl chainsaw after I thought my 28 year old one finally gave up. I was ready to buy a new one when I started telling the gentleman what issue I was having with my old one. He gave me something to check on mine before I bought a new one.
