Called as a new customer and they said they didn’t have a prescription on hand that all of the last 3 pharmacies I’ve used did. Then said that for both of my prescriptions they didn’t know when they would come in, “it could be 2 weeks or it could be 2 months.” How is that kind of uncertainty tolerated in a pharmacy?

They are awesome! I couldn't get one of my pain medications ANYWHERE and then I called Hortons. Now all of my pain medications have been transferred there. The staff is super friendly and fast. So thankful I found them!

What I like about Horton’s Drugs/Pharmacy (1) Friendly courteous service. (2) Convenient location to downtown Athens, GA. (3) Prompt service. (4) They have a wide supply of over the counter health care produces, and sundry items. (5) Horton’s drug store is a delivery location for Amazon packages. (6) The cashier is always friendly and helpful. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, she will help you find what you need. Number six is similar to number one, but the cashier/store clerk really goes out of her way to serve Horton’s customers. My only criticism is that Horton’s Drugs needs to keep the store hours posted to Google Maps whenever there is a change in store hours. The current store hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday.

Best small town pharmacy in Athens ga, maybe the whole state. They're friendly, always have what I need and fast. Like can't even sit down or start small talk fast before I get my script in hand. They're my first choice in a pharmacy. But closed on Sundays, just a heads up

Amazing Customer Service! We were desperate to have medicine, hydration and food deleived to our UGA student who was not feeling well. Despite the fact that their delivery driver was off they took our rather large order and delivered it to our son's dorm within the hour. We are so very grateful! Thank you!

I order a package in Amazon and I tried to pick this up on Saturday at 2 pm and is closed. nobody answered the phone, no sign on door for pharmacy hours. Update: Well, One year after this review and nobody in this drug store contact me about it. seems to be nobody care.

Best Pharmacy in Athens, GA by far!!!! The customer service is amazing and 100% better than CVS or Walgreens. The employees here care and will always ask you if you need help looking for anything. By far the best place in Athens, always has the things I need!
