This was a good experience. Even though they had a truck to break down, they had our furniture here at the next possible delivery date. The sales staff were great. The delivery guys were excellent. They were very careful moving the furniture through our home, very friendly and helpful. (We have purchased furniture through the Lexington Road, Athens, GA, location since 1989)

I absolutely love Badcock in Athens GA on Lexington Rd. The staff there are amazing. I’m a repeat customer because of the staff and the ease of doing business there. Today I ordered a new stove. I am not exaggerating when I say the entire process was less than 10 minutes. They pulled up my account, we found the item I wanted, the order was placed, down payment was taken, shipping date was received, and I was off the phone and done in less than 10 minutes. It doesn’t get better than that. I just wish I remembered the staff members name that assisted me. She was amazing and deserves recognition.

We bought a refrigerator from Badcock Athens, Ga location. We were told by the delivery drivers that they would be back the next day to hook up the water line because they didn’t have the proper tools with them to hook it up. We called the store the next day to see when they were going to come hook it up. We were told they would be there later. We were then called back a little bit later saying they didn’t hook up water lines, which is incorrect because I had called a week or two ago about purchasing a refrigerator and was told they hook appliances up except for dishwashers. Then we discovered that they didn’t even leave a water line with us to hook up. I called the store and was told they don’t supply the water line. I’m giving it a 3 star rating only due to the fact that Monica did an excellent job completing the sale of our refrigerator. The customers should be told that they don’t install nor do they supply the water line.
