This is the worse experience I’ve ever had at a Hibbit they sold my raffle pair to another person I got there with one minute left before 12 and the people there knew I was coming because I called. When I walked in the girl proceeded to say that “ he showed up” and then they proceeded to gaslight me the girl said I came at 12 and I said no I’m positive it was 11:59 and then the manager wanted to check my phone (even tho my name is on the sheet) and then tells me you didn’t win as he didn’t press the “win Column” then says sorry bro I don’t have it so I ended up getting a 8.5m and then he tried to apologize but my whole point is I know they back doored this pair in my face. Idc about the back dooring I know how the game gos but this is my raffle pair that’s why I’m frustrated more then anything so smh do better yall wait till 12 to sell someone else’s pair I rushed to get here and drove 45 mins for really no reason.

My experience at this store superseded any shoe shopping experience ever. First off I thought my baby was a 9c so Steve went and brought me all the shoes that are in that size(something nobody would ever do). I picked my baby up from school and let her try them on they were too big so we went back. Steve with the same welcoming energy helped me find shoes in my baby’s correct size. He is awesome!

I went looking for the cement 3’s; however, I walked away with the platinum blue women 6. The quality is superb and the ability to match with sleek designs from dressing up or down for the day. The color of soft light blue can be paired with grey sweats.

Very poor customer service ! I will never shop at any location in that area again. I called the store trying to confirm pickup and the guy instantly cut me off before I could ask the question. He didn’t know the process of online in store pick up all the while being rude. Once I arrived for pick up the “ store manager” was literally laying on the front counter not being helpful one bit. Finally all three of them realized they were all wrong and my purchase was there. Please at cost. Training is highly recommended!
