Worst customer service experience. My dad and I went in to this store to purchase a pair of shoes that was listed online and in stock. We walked into the store and met the cashier in the middle of store and asked her if they had this pair in stock… her response, if you see them on the wall we got em, and we asked if can you help us, which she responded no I will not help you and you can find them yourself. Never will I shop at this location again. This is women should not be in a customer service role.

I love this location. They have a great selection of shoes and apparel. I buy most of my workout clothes from here and even love the mens underwear selection because as a woman I can use as PJs or shorts. FYI, the prettiest staff I've ever seen.

Doors were locked 1hour before closing. Store closed at 6pm on Sundays and they were locked at 5:15pm.

Walked in, looking for shoes for myself and my lady. 3 employees standing behind the counter and none of them greeted us. Walked around for a bit and none of them asked if we needed any help. Went next door to Rack Room for great deals and pleasant service.

When we entered the store, the lone employee did not even look up from his phone; did not acknowledge, much less greet us. Hubby tried to ask him about the latest Jordans, but he did said, "no, they are sold out. You'll have to order them online. I picked out two shoes I wanted to try on. I took them to the counter and asked him to bring them out in my size. He brought me one shoe..not a pair...ONE shoe. Guess we were interrupting his game or something. We ended up going next door. That rude young man cost your store at least $200. That's how much we spent next door.

I have stopped by this locations several times over the pass years...My son always gets great shoes and great prices..I've never had a bad experience but this visit was note worthy!! The manager..I can't remember his name I think it was Corey is very knowledgeable and welcoming...he wasn't overbearing and offered shoes and products to maintain the appearance of the shoes! I had to order my son's shoes because his size wasn't there and even upon returning to pick them up...the manager and his staff where amazing!!!
