Bought a 2025 Escalade from here and had the best experience. Every other dealer I talked to they didn’t take me serious because of my age. Called, spoke with Luke. Told him exactly the stock number I wanted and where I needed to be numbers wise. We took a 1 day break and went back at it to both get a fair deal. Luke, Bruce and Jon were very helpful. I was on a time crunch and needed a quick turn around coming from out of town and they did that. When I need to purchase another car I will absolutely look here first. Quick, easy, hassle free. They stuck to their word on the deal and didn’t want to (arm wrestle). Thank you again guys.

I recently purchased my Wife a XT5. The car is wonderful and she likes it very much. We had a problem with some damage to the infotainment screen that needed to be repaired. Heyward Allen stated that they would replace the screen and the part was ordered. It has taken quiet a while for the part to be delivered, but during the wait the service department as well as GM National kept us informed as to the progress. As soon as the part came in, we received a phone call to bring the car in for repair. We met with Tracy who took care of our needs completely. A car was offered for us to drive if needed. Tracy stated that the repair and service would take 2 hours. We had an extra car available to use to go get lunch. We received the phone call that our car was ready before the 2 hours were up. We could not be more happy from the service that Heyward Allen and the staff there gave us. I would give 10 stars if they had them listed. Thank You from Mike and June Davis.

Where to start? I went in for a brand-new transmission, which cost $7,100. I was aware that the parts to rebuild or buy a transmission were on backorder for $2,500 to $3,000 if I were to purchase it. Initially, I was given a loaner car for a short period. After two loaner cars, my car was finally ready. Everything seemed good at that point, so I paid in full. I was informed that there would be a hard pull in the transmission for a little while. However, a few weeks later, I experienced no change; the hard jerking continued. I returned the car and was given another loaner. This time, I was told that the transmission would need to be rebuilt, which would cost them $8,100. Months later, after being patient, I received a call saying my car was ready. When I got it back, I was shocked to find the interior covered in gritty dirt and cobwebs, as if it had been left outside with the windows open. Additionally, the dashboard now had a bubble, the driver’s side bumper appeared to be coming off, and the headlight flickered on and off without warning. The connection with the phone and radio was also malfunctioning, with phone calls randomly unable to disconnect. Despite this, I still experienced the hard pulling in the transmission. I returned the car again to report these new problems, and they assured me they would fix it. Unfortunately, the bumper remained loose, the hard jerking in the transmission persisted, the driver light continued to turn off, and the phone still randomly failed to disconnect. I am now $7,100 out of pocket without any resolution! I’m hesitant to take the car back, fearing it might incur even more issues. When I initially brought my car in, I only had transmission problems, and now, after multiple visits to Heyward Allen Cadillac in Athens, GA, I have additional problems I didn’t have before. My name is Victor Smith, and every word in this review is true! Once again, I am $7,100 short of a properly functioning car!

Never thought a dealer ship would turn me down for service! Brought my 13 cts coupe in for service and they said there was too many things wrong with it for them to work on, are you not a Cadillac dealership? Then I asked to do an oil change a rotate tires and still said no and refer me to goto another business but they did top my oil off though.

We purchased a used vehicle from Hayward Allen Cadillac in November 2024 for our 16-year-old daughter’s first car. Less than a month later, we started experiencing problems with it. It would turn off for no reason and would not start. We had the service department look at it and they said nothing was wrong with it. We continued to have problems all throughout November and December. In January 2025, it was not working at all. We thought it might’ve been the battery in the key fob, so we changed that and it still would not start. We also tried jumping it off, and it still would not start. They ended up picking up the car from our house and taking it to the dealership only to find out that it needed a new battery. We had to pay $350 to replace the battery in a car that we have had for less than three months and had been experiencing problems with less than a month after we got it. This does not give me much confidence about buying a car from this dealership at all. BUYER BEWARE!!

My experience started out not so great. The first service advisor for my vehicle told us a rental would not be covered and we paid out of pocket. The issue was not fixed and we had to bring the car back. The car was worked on a total of 2.6 hours and was in the shop for 4 days. The rental cost $500+ out of pocket, while our car sat. The issue was not imminent and we could have used it during this time. We were told there are no loaners, no rides, and no rental services! We had to call over and over to get updates on the vehicle, and usually didn't get a call back if we left a message or if the service advisor literally said he would call back. When we brought the car back we got a different service advisor. Brian was amazing! He communicated with us, assisted us with getting a rental from Heyward Toyota, and connected us with customer service to potentially be refunded for the first car rental we paid out of pocket. The concierge service was helpful, although we had no idea it existed the first time we came with our vehicle. Brian made our experience much better than the first go-around.

My credit score is not the best at the moment but they were patience and gave me the best offer I received my entire search.
